75 Hard - Day 14 didn’t exactly go to plan… but that’s where the real test begins.

Started the day strong with a bike session, getting the legs and lungs working as usual—until a puncture stopped me in my tracks. Most people would’ve called it there… but not today.
Swapped straight into my running shoes and got back out for a walk/run session to finish what I started.
This is what 75 HARD is really about—discipline, adaptability, and refusing to quit when things go wrong.
I also dive deeper into lessons from Atomic Habits and how building solid systems keeps you on track even when motivation drops.
