75 Hard Day 22 and we went back to the beginning...well not quite

Day 22 of 75 Hard… and we went back to the beginning.
Early alarm, wind still howling, but no excuses — we got out to the track and completed Couch to 10K Week 2.
Why start from the beginning?
Because of a knee injury… and because sometimes the smartest move is to slow down to build back stronger.
This journey isn’t about ego. It’s about consistency.
We’re training together, building step by step, and focusing on long-term progress — not quick wins.
Alongside the workouts:
✅ Water intake on point
✅ Diet dialled in
✅ Reading daily (Atomic Habits)
✅ Progress pics done
We’re also gearing up for:
🏊♂️ Pool swimming (once we get cleared at the local hospital)
🌊 Open water swimming when it warms up
🏃♂️ Training for an endurance race in Santorini this October
