75 Hard Day 26 – Friends Arrive Tonight… But The Challenge Comes First!

Day 26 of 75 Hard and the challenge is starting to feel real now!
This morning aboard Dream we completed another Couch to 10K session, followed by yoga stretching and a final run back to the boat. Little by little we’re improving, and we’re both really starting to enjoy the running now.
Today we talk about:
- The importance of small daily gains
- Why discipline matters more than motivation
- How changing our diet is affecting performance
- Fueling workouts with healthy carbs
- Managing 75 Hard while living aboard a sailboat
- Friends arriving onboard during the challenge
- Balancing workouts, healthy eating, YouTube videos and podcast production
This next week will probably be one of the toughest yet with guests staying aboard, but the challenge continues:
✔ Two 45-minute workouts every day
✔ Healthy clean eating
✔ No alcohol
✔ Reading daily
✔ Staying consistent no matter what
We’re now over one-third of the way through 75 Hard and learning that real change comes from consistency, commitment and embracing discomfort.
