Welcome back to Day 27 of the 75 Hard challenge.

In today’s episode I talk about adapting routines while friends are visiting onboard, completing a steady morning bike ride despite a slightly aching knee, and why discipline matters far more than motivation when life gets busy.

• Water intake on track
• Reading progress made
• Second workout planned for later in the day

One of the biggest lessons from this challenge is learning that consistency matters more than perfection. Life constantly changes around us, but real progress happens when we continue showing up anyway.
