In this episode, I shared some of the big lessons I learned, basically a focus on simple enjoying the daily pleasures, beauty, art and creativity -while growing resilience muscles like a she-HULK (lol).

I also shared how my favorite modality (minerals and lifestyle nutrition) supports emotional well-being, cognitive function and brain health.

As I reflect back over this past year, one thing that stands out to me more than anything is all the simple pleasures I enjoyed amidst the challenges and uncertainties of 2020.
