In this episode, I'm calling out the spiritual bypassing that's everywhere in the wellness space right now. From "you just need courage, not healing" to "you're not broken" - these oversimplified messages are missing the complex reality of being human.
After 11 years of quarterly hair mineral testing and watching my body respond to life, I've learned that we need BOTH courage AND healing. We need nuanced conversations that honor the whole human experience - the beautiful AND the messy.
