About Dr. Tiffany Denny:

Tiffany has been practicing asana since 2002, and began teaching classes at her university in 2005. Her experiences with yoga and fitness helped her recognize a clear and deep interest in human anatomy and movement, and inspired her to pursue a B.A. in exercise science, followed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She specializes in orthopedic physical therapy, and has trained and practiced also in pelvic health. Tiffany’s initial yoga teacher training was in Anusara Yoga, and she has studied also with Iyengar and vinyasa teachers, as well as with trauma-centered and yoga therapy practitioners. She became a Certified Yoga Therapist in 2017, and enjoys sharing group asana classes as well as workshops and trainings on anatomy, biomechanics, and movement science. Since leaving clinical practice, she began offering virtual rehab coaching services and focuses on consistently learning and sharing movement science and pain science with others. Her nerdy and light-hearted approach encourages people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities, to move in new ways, with curiosity, and with confidence.

Tiffany newly resides in Buena Vista, Colorado, with her family. She works as the Chief Integration Officer for an in-home caregiving agency, teaches online asana classes, and offers virtual rehab coaching. Tiffany enjoys practicing yoga, hiking, paddling, playing beach volleyball, lifting weights, traveling, listening to podcasts, and finding delicious food.
