We all have those days or periods in our jobs or careers where it gets stressful, whether it is socially or the job itself. I want to bring light to those stressors, talk from experience, and share how I have navigated some of it and how I am currently navigating it. I want to mention, my experiences are not perfect and my responses to it are not perfect, but I have learned from them. So, I hope some of the lessons I learned can help you too. :)
