Stopping the shoulds.
Shoulds add heavily to your overwhelm. But what can you do about them?
You want to keep everyone around you happy, you want to be successful and you want to behave with integrity so you can't just drop all your obligations but bringing awareness to just how much you are 'shoulding' yourself is very powerful and freeing.
