Stress relief techniques are everywhere. And most of them are designed to help you recover enough to go straight back into the fray and push yourself to the brink all over again.

That's not what I do.

As a trained Zen yoga teacher and coach, I teach life-changing mindset shifts and body-based tools to deal with the overwhelm before it gets to that point — so you never need to recover from something that didn't have to happen in the first place.
