About Alaine:

After living through a dangerous level of stress for 5 consecutive years, it was time to put my expertise, intuition, education, and love of people into coaching others. I received my masters in coaching, studying under health and wellness experts, and with applying my unique perspective I’ve gained from many experiences, I found the way to put my passion for helping people and recognizing the ease of a healthy lifestyle into motion. The capabilities of the body and mind are truly amazing. My work is a heart centered holistic approach to my vision of creating health for everyone I work with.

My greatest success is when I help my clients understand why they think the way they do, explore their belief systems, and how these impact their lifestyle. To see them take back control of their choices and see them thrive instead of survive…that’s why I coach.

I have 3 beautiful daughters ranging from ages 23-32, who each have diverse occupations. I enjoy almost all outdoor activities, including canyoneering, water sports, and tennis. I love being active in my local communities, including participating and planning charity events. Traveling and immersing myself in different cultures is exciting. I currently live between Arizona and Colorado.
