Every year I talk to clients about the Holiday Trifecta, which is the time between October 1 to January 1. The Holiday Trifecta is three months of the focus on food. I am noticing this time is even more complicated due to the Coronavirus.
There are so many questions we are dealing with during this time:
· Can we visit our families?
· How do we keep distance, but keep close?
· How to experience a holiday when we do not feel joyful or grateful?
