SPEAKER_00:

Hey guys, Natalia Schneimler here. I help boy moms have a better relationship with their sons and themselves by teaching them the tools how to manage their mind so that when anything comes up in life, they know exactly how to take care of themselves and their kids. Hey guys, how's it going? How are you doing? I know, you know, I always say I'm doing so well, but I'm just going to start telling you the truth. I'm doing well, so well, half of the time, and I'm doing not so well half of the time, just like all of us, just like you, just like me, just like everyone. So let's just not, you know, sugarcoat it. Life is 50-50. So I want to talk to you about this quote that I read from Viola Davis. And from her book, and I think I already shared that book with you, but that quote stuck with me like a lightning bolt. So the quote said, all I got is me and that is enough. So again, I'll say it again. All I got is me and that is enough. And I read that maybe a month ago or so, and I was going through some soul searching with specifically about my podcast, and I actually was considering stopping my podcast and thinking that maybe nobody needs it, nobody wants it, and I shouldn't be doing it, and blah, blah, blah, all the things. And at that point, I questioned, if I don't have my podcast, then what am I? Who am I? Do I? And my brain wanted to be so dramatic and say, I don't have, you know, if I don't have my podcast, I'm nobody. I have nothing. And exactly when I said that to myself, I thought, well, if that's what I think of myself, if I think I'm nothing without the podcast, then I'm already nothing because the podcast doesn't make me something. Nothing can make me something, right? It's just quite ridiculous. Like not the kids, not the husband, not the car, house, whatever, podcast status, money. So of course, as soon as I said it out loud, I realized, okay, if I am nothing by myself, then I'm nothing with those things. And quite at the same time, I realized, you realize that of course you are something without those things. Of course you're something. And when I read that quote, It was like she spoke exactly what I was experiencing is that I am something and it is enough. No matter what it is, no matter who I am, no matter what I am, with all those things, I am enough. And without all those things, I am enough. I don't have to do all those things and have all those things to be enough. And that loosened the grip a bit, a lot for me on... Having those rules for myself to be something, do something, have something, and realize that that's freedom to feel like I don't have to continue the podcast. I don't have to be a mom. I don't have to, whatever, take tennis lessons. You know my rules. I don't have to eat protein, like whatever, you know? So that is the... I wanted to share with you to realize that you are okay even without those things. And it doesn't mean you're going to stop doing them, but feeling like you're fine without it is a great feeling of freedom. That is the best. So I wish that for you. So I'm going to leave you with that thought from Viola Davis is, all I got is me and I am enough. So go read her book. Her book is awesome. I think the name is Finding Me by Viola Davis. She's an actress. Holy smokes. I love that book. So if you need any help getting coached and finding that feeling of freedom and feeling like enough, please come see me. I can help you. And you should just go to my website, www.coachingnatalia.com and go sign up for a free session. I'll just see you in Zoom. All right, guys. Love you. Have a great week. Bye.
