Rich Diviney is a retired Navy SEAL commander who served 20 years in the U.S. Navy, including 13 years in the Naval Special Warfare community. He has received numerous awards for leadership, including the Bronze Star Medal with Valor, two Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals with Valor, and three Combat Action Ribbons. Since retiring from the military, Rich has become a consultant and speaker, sharing his experience and insights on leadership and human performance with businesses, sports teams, and individuals. Rich is also the author of the book "The Attributes: 25 Hidden Drivers of Optimal Performance."
