And today I'm gonna challenge you to really think about what you believe is possible for you. And are you believing from the space of your highest self? Or are you believing from your past?

Are you believing from those memories and the history you've created and the limiting beliefs and the structure that we have built in us from a lifelong of rules in society and the beliefs we've just started to carry around like their truths? And perhaps it's time to start unpacking some of those and just stepping into this field of creating with this infinite wisdom that's already right within you.

So today we're gonna dive in and just do a little like theory and a little getting your brain going as you're heading into New Year's. I'm sure you're going to do some New year goal setting, some planning, if you're in our MEfirst sisterhood, I know I'm gonna light your asses up the seventh and eighth in our event called Infinite Possibilities. So this podcast is an ode to that and to get myself in that mind frame and that potential for myself about what is possible as I keep stepping into these greater versions of me and what I'm creating and putting into the world and answering this calling deep within me.

And the more I learn, of course, the less I know and I have to come share with you because we, you know, we're on this path to learn together. And I really love and enjoy all of you doing this with me so much. I can't believe it's been well over two years, almost, you know, three years since I took off and did my RV life.

I just packed the RV up this week and she's in storage. I'm headed off to my friend Kelly's house where I'm gonna do some retreats in Tennessee. And as I'm preparing to step into this next version of myself and shoving the old self, I'm seeing a lot of past limiting beliefs coming up and now I'm bringing them up. I'm bringing them up with a passion to see them and move through them and coming up with more ways to move through them.

So some of that might end up in today's episode two, I am just sharing with you everything that's come up in this space of infinite possibilities. And there's a lot. So hang in there with me today. I want you to leave this podcast fired up to start to think of a way to create this space that you can start to hear that, that call within you and to start shutting down those things that stop you from dreaming.

One of the big things I do when I lead this event on for our quarterly planning event, and you can do this for yourself, is just when you sit to visualize your future self and you see all these blocks come in like, oh, you couldn't possibly do that, you don't have enough money, or your husband wouldn't like that, or the kids wouldn't like that,

you need to set all of those things aside when you're dreaming about a future that is infinite and different, right? If we're shadowing it with our memories from the past, we are creating from our past SEL and not our future selves. So how do we step into this space? And a few things have come at me this week that I wanna share with you.

First up, I was really called to look up vk. I, I'm hope I'm saying that right at Sanskrit, right? Buari, she's a goddess of space and infinite possibilities. And this is from my yogic path deck from Sahara Rose that I just love. And this is a deity from Hindu mythology or you know, spirituality. And so this goddess comes to you when you're in the art of creating experience of this cosmos that exists right inside of you.

She comes to you in deep meditation, profound na nature in oceans and in silence, her stillness guides you to enter deeper into the cosmic web of potentials that exist for you in the present moment. Continue making time for whatever brings you to this point of stillness. That is where your true self resides. Know that you're not just a part of the earth,

but the earth is also a part of you and you are lovingly held by her presence. This has come up for me over and over again this week. You guys is like, get to the earth. My vodka cards are reversed. Like, and that's the, the season we're into you guys. And Ayurveda has different dosha types, right? So there's Vada,

Piff and Kaa, and we've been in vada season, we're heading into Kaa season, and I am pit avada. And when my vada is out of balance, that means it's real airy and ether and ether, by the way, you guys is a spa, a place where in the infinite possibilities exist, right? Ether is space. So ether is said to be the mother of all these elements in Ayurveda.

And, and you know, you can look up the five elements of the, of, you know, the earth. And so we have earth, air, water, fire, and space. And space is said to be the, the mother of all of these in the spiritual realm where we can go and create from. And in the ether, if you think about space and all the,

just the expansiveness in the area between even like the stars and the planets. And there's just space for infinite things to happen, infinite possibilities to exist. And think of this like your mind and thoughts. And so as we go in and do something like meditation, and we know from the goddess here tells us about these, this space between when you're in deep meditation,

and this is what I think I did differently this time, had an out on my weight loss quest as I learned to meditate first. And so I was in this space of stillness, I finally allowed myself to be still. Now you guys, that doesn't mean my mind is shut down, right? Like, and this is something like I really work to teach you when you come learn meditation with me.

And I'm so excited about the hub I'm building, by the way. It's just, it's, it's just going to be so awesome because it's also going to be a habit building hub ultimately to teach you how to really make these fundamental changes. And so not to just learn meditation, but make a habit. But anyhow, I get sidetracked. So with the meditation and the space in between the thought.

So Deepak Chopra talks about this, he calls it the gap. So in you have between each thought, like we'll take these sentences here. So on the reverse of this card says, create space between your breath and between your thoughts. Life can get a little too crowded. And BK asks you to make space for your highest self to shine through. So between those two sentences,

there's an infinite amount of different sentences that could be made, different thoughts that could be had, just like between what I'm saying right now and the next sentence that comes out of my mouth. G I have an infinite amount of possibilities that I could share here with you today. And so if you think about your life in that way, and each moment you have an infinite amount of possibilities of choices you can make in each moment of each day.

And so when we look at it like this and you're intentionally living and you're intentionally choosing how you wanna live and how you wanna show up, what story you wanna write, what archetypes you wanna pull from, who you want to become, when you look at it from this aspect that you can make a different choice in each moment. So much more power in you.

I think about that you guys, instead of being like life is happening to you, all of a sudden it's full of infinite possibilities. Hope, all joy, wonder, do you want more of that in your life, right? So how do we do that? How do you create the space in your life? Cuz we can go do, do,

do all the things. And this is what we do at the new year. We make all the goals, we make all the big plans, we do all the things, we bring up the limiting beliefs, and I'm whack-a-mole and 'em, I'm making plans and I'm making flow charts, and I'm doing Trello boards and I'm doing videos, I'm doing all kinds of stuff.

But where's that space for my divine self to speak and to bring to me the clarity of what I'm creating? And sometimes this will happen when I'm in the earth, when I'm doing something I'm in flow with, you know, often they'll talk about dancing and singing as being a form of meditation. You know, maybe for you it's out running your dog in the morning or walking with her or being out on the mountain.

I'm get, by the way, the mountain's right behind me here and I'm getting a beautiful sunset. I'm at my daughter's house here in Phoenix and I'm like trying to not be distracted here with you. So, okay, so wherever that is for you about, you know, finding that space for yourself this year. Like where's that space you can create as you're looking into pulling in an intention?

Maybe you set a word of the year. Maybe you're word of the year is space. Maybe a word of the year is possibility. You know, I, I don't know what, what that intention is gonna be for you. The reason I set a word of the year, I set an intention throughout my day. So I, I do my schedule and I do intention segmentation like Abraham Hicks talks about in the law of attraction,

where you're intentionally thinking about each moment of each day. And so I try to get more and more minute with that each year as I practice getting, becoming a better planner, becoming a better person that lives intentionally and not just allowing life to happen to me. And it really, it's allowed me more spontaneity too. So going into the space of how you wanna create this new story and this new part of yourself.

So back to Sari here. You know, we wanna talk about this, the space between your breaths. So you slow down each breath until you can feel the pause between the inhales and exhales. Continue breathing deeply until it almost feels like you aren't breathing. The spaces have become larger in the breath, faint. This is how you experience an advanced state of meditation or samati.

So go into that space between, this is like when I teach you meditation, you learn your primordial sound mantra. And as you're practicing that mantra, which is, is takes you beyond thought. A mantra is a mine vehicle, right? It, it's a trans helps you transcend thought. So as you go beyond thought, you can enter this space,

this gap as Deepak calls it, this space where you, there are no thoughts, you're not gonna have a thought here, but there's an infinite amount of possibility. So as we had in a meditation, we're planting these seeds, we're planting these seeds of awareness. And awareness is consciousness, right? So consciousness throughout your day, having this awareness of self.

So as we set goals, as we set intentions, as you set an intention for your year, maybe that drives your decisions a little bit more, right? If I choose, I haven't chose my word of the year yet, but I'm feeling like maybe it's space, maybe it's possibility, a reminder to myself, every day I write my word of the year,

every day I write my word of the, I pick a word for the day. That's really gonna be my intention for that day. I do my intentions throughout like my meetings, you know, maybe I have a client that I really wanna bring love to that one or inspiration. I think about how I wanna show up and in what energy I wanna show up and what outcome I want from the interaction as much as possible throughout my day.

And I want that for my year. Last year, my word of the year was surrender before that was allowed, like really been working on moving my ego self out of the way so I can access this field more. So I can create from this field of unlimited possibilities, right? Like we're, it is just like the wonder and the joy and the more and more I see this take place in my life in stepping into these big,

scary places. So I'm gonna tell you guys a little bit about this from this past week. So as I'm manifesting this next version of myself, which if you're following the podcast, you know, I moved from my big weight loss goal to a money goal guided by my spirit guides. And I was like, okay, this doesn't feel right. But I know I have a lot of limiting beliefs over there around abundance.

And it's not just abundance of just money, right? It's abundance of all things of health, wealth, love, happiness. All of those things are what I'm working about on an abundance circle. Another group I lead, which you're welcome to join by the way. So in this abundance circle, I am going through and I'm learning and I'm sharing on my quest and bringing up new tools,

new ways to overcome these obstacles I'm seeing in my life. And so in this abundance quest, I am moving myself into this next version. And it just came to me as I'm preparing to go to Tennessee for the winter and I'm putting the RV up. I, I took down the wall in my bedroom and I had put up this faux wood wall,

and it did, it was a disaster, you guys, it did not work. It had like glue and it would fall off when it was hot. And I thought it was gonna be this beautiful thing and it just wasn't. And it's something that I know I need to have down and prepared for like the next person if I'm gonna sell it or just to have it nice for myself in there.

So literally I had my youngest childless here and we spent the day removing it. And then my memories came up from three years before when I was setting the RV up of my friend Erin and I in the RV preparing it to go and putting the wall up, literally the day before, three years later, I was taking the wall down and I thought,

oh my God, look at that you guys, I moved out of adventure RV Addie, and I'm moving into, what, what does Kelly call me? Addie. Warbuck, right? Like, we're moving in this space. And what that means to me is I'm creating on this level that I'm really having to step up and step into it. And I thought,

you know, what's gonna make me really have to step up and live on a different plane than I am now? How would I be living then? It's like I'll have my next place, I'll have, so I started apartment hopping shopping. I'm gonna need my in between home, right? So I'm looking for apartments, I'm looking in the area I think I wanna live in.

I did a couple tours and I put the RV in a storage that it might be there for a while and I'm gonna be gone for a couple of months. And that was big and scary. And as I was putting the RV up, I, I got teary and I, I said a little goodbye to her. And we had this whole moment where I felt myself letting go of that past self in that past conditioning of all of these things.

So anyhow, you guys, so this next version of myself and looking at this year ahead and how can I create space as I'm looking, I wanna create more that I put into the world, not more. I want to give what I put into the world at the highest level of myself I can.

And when I looked back and I assessed this last year, I did so much I'm proud of. And also I know I'm not showing up as to my full potential. And so for me, things I've done to set myself up to show up, like I weigh in live on Facebook every week, that makes me keep my eye on my weight, on my weight loss goal and keep engaged with that healthy version of myself.

Because Anna Maya Koha, this is your body is a covering ma of food, you know, so really nurturing my body, mind, and soul from the aspect of what I put in my mind, what I put in my body and what I am practicing spiritually is going to affect what I create and put into the world. And so as I'm heading into this space of infinite possibilities in wanting to create a new me,

not based on my past self, not based from prior conditioning, prior things I used to do to be successful, and that a lot of that's corporate Addie and we need some of her. So I'm trying to figure out, take these learning lessons and allow it to be a learning lesson. Another gift that has come through me doing this abundance work in the abundance circle,

right, is tapping. And so we did this this past month in December, and I know it's been a bit crazy for everybody because it's December, I have to tell you, committing to do the book a month, whether or not you do it all or not do it all or engage in the phone calls or the group or whatever. Even if you pick up a little thing,

it's game-changing because what's happening is I am like picking up this skill of learning, tapping so I can release my emotional body. So Dr. Joe Dispenza talks about this. He talks about thoughts are the language of the mind, and emotion is the language of the body. So if I want to reprogram the language of my body and my mind at the same time,

and I can use a tool like tapping, which takes your body back to homeostasis while you're going through the thoughts. So the idea is this, I pull up this limiting belief about myself that I have to work so hard to make money. And you guys, this is as much tied to food as me consuming food is, I swear to God it's crazy,

but it's true. My abundance quest is fundamental. So if you are immediately shut down talking about money, I would offer for you to look at that for yourself. Because blocks there can be totally related, I think, to things like our weight and all of that. Because what I'm seeing is like me pulling up these blocks in as I'm tapping through them.

So as you tap, you're hitting meridian points in your body at the end. You have the same result of your body getting to homeostasis, of working yourself through the emotion without the longer meditation. So I still do meditation because I'm reaching a deeper spiritual realm. I'm getting in that space of infinite possibilities that I'm not necessarily getting in when I'm tapping. When I'm tapping,

I'm working through my limiting beliefs and I'm rewiring 'em in real time. So as you're tapping to the negative emotion to the negative thought situation, whatever that past self was, that's holding you back, whether it's I can't lose weight, I've never lost it before. Look, I gained back all the weight I lost this year. I, you know, I'm having a lot of these thoughts right now because that's kind of,

that's been my year, that's been Q4 for me again, and I, I forgot to even tell you guys that, right? Like, it's been a weight gaining quarter for me. And I don't know, that's like a whole nother podcast in itself, you guys, but I can tell you this is, I'm gonna get back on that scale with you every week of this year.

And I'm gonna keep looking at that because I know as I reach my healthiest self, as I reach myself, that eats to my highest self, I create to my highest self as well. So it's all intertwined. So as you're tapping through these limiting beliefs, whether it's you can't lose weight, you have to work so hard for money, you, you're in a miserable situation,

you can't get out, you're so overwhelmed and you're stressed out. So as you're telling your body, it's okay, when you're having these thoughts, you're able to rewire new thoughts in it. What a gift. And we also do this going into meditation. And like when I lead the event, we pull up old thoughts and we bring in new thoughts in,

okay, who do I not wanna be anymore? Who do I wanna be, right? And how can I live more intentionally in this? And understanding that it's not necessarily going overnight from this version of me to this version of me. There's a path. And the path is beautiful in learning to embrace that path. As you're creating this space and learning how to create these spaces for yourself more and more,

where you can tune in to who you truly are and where you wanna create from, what do you want that end of that goal to look like? You know, who is she? What does she do? How exciting can this be? So I was listening to this other podcast. So Deepak Chopra has a new podcast, I think it's called Infinite Possibilities or something like that.

I'll, I'll drop it in the show notes for you. But I was listening to this and he had a guest on there that was talking about creating from your myths. And we all have these archetypes within us and tapping into these archetypes, I thought, oh my god, it's like, that's why I created Slayer at the beginning and why I create my future self all the time now because I'm drawing on these archetypes of these gods and goddesses that are accessible rate within me.

All these warrior can be a warrior type, it can be a goddess type, it can be, you know, whatever, you know the wisdom goddess, like whatever these are calling to you. And these elements are, are on this archetypal plane and we can tap into all of them. And these are all in the field as well. And they're accessible to you when you can just allow yourself to be still and go in that space to create,

to allow creation to come to you really. And from this space, what else do I wanna make sure you guys knew about this ways of letting go, creating from the future and not the memory of your past. That is huge. Like really identifying who it is you wanna become and what do you wanna create. So as you're going into goal setting and all of these things are wonderful,

you know, and you might be doing some goal setting with people or maybe just with yourself. Think sitting down and thinking what you wanna create, ask yourself that. Allow yourself to go into stillness, send yourself into meditation. And I love the four soul questions. And if you're in meditation with me or you just purchased, I just uploaded a guided one that you can do with me that has the sole questions and the infinite and the four intentions at the end on it so that you'll be able to access it.

And so there's a hundred of you out there I've taught so far, I wanna teach 200 people to meditate this year. That would just be frigging amazing. And I want my instructors, I want Allison Light Seeker to teach a lot of mantras this year too. It's like a huge goal of mine to reach more of you to really for us to up-level this community and our consciousness and our awareness together.

But these four soul questions are simple, you guys. And you can just ask yourself this, allow yourself to be still and do these four soul questions. Who am I? What is my purpose? What is my heart's desire? And what am I grateful for? And allow yourself to sit in stillness and don't think of an answer. Don't think of one.

Just sit quietly and allow the answer to come to you. So do it right now if you can. If you can stop what you're doing and just sit still and sit still with me and say, who am I? And just allow it. Sometimes you might have an experience, a vision, a thought, a feeling, see what comes to you and don't force it.

It's never a bad time to ask the universe because you already know the truth is already within you. And I'm gonna spend a lot of time this year on this podcast, I've really been thinking of an intention, how we can go forward of helping develop that intuition a little more. And taking you on this path of the heroines journey as we uncover it.

And as we dive in more to meditation this year and the spiritual quest of becoming our highest selves on our weight loss journey, our money journeys, our love journeys, whatever you're about creating for yourself. So who am I? Ask yourself and then say, what is my purpose? And you do know the answer is within you. So allow it to come.

And if it's big and crazy, let it come. The first time I heard you're a spiritual leader, I was like, oh hell f and no, I like scratch that shit outta my journal. I'll never forget, I was like, no, no, I am not. I had such an aversion to anything. I had a lot of misconceptions about spirituality and religion and I have a couple podcasts on on the Heartsing podcast that I share more about that.

But I had such a a judgment about all of that stuff. I was like, no, no way, I'm not that. And it was like, and now I just look back and I laugh. I'm like, of course, of course universe, right? Like all I had to do was listen, okay you guys, so who am I?

What is my purpose? What is my heart's desire? What is it you truly want? Like don't. And when you see those thoughts come in that are blocking you, right? They're blocking you from dreaming about what it could possibly be for you. When you see I want this thing and it could be a material thing that's amazing, awesome. Let it be a material thing.

You don't know where that nugget of that desire for the million dollars or the house or the thinner body. You don't know where that quest is gonna take you. That can be the most spiritual thing on the planet. Instead, what we think of serving and being spiritual is that we have to throw ourselves on the sword and not want or desire anything. And the opposite is true.

You need to figure out what you f and want and go for it and be like, I am listening, I am open. I know this, might I, I'm like, I know this might be a little nuts, right? Like what am I? I don't, what am I? But I just listen now. Now I just listen and know.

But it took a lot of testing at the beginning for myself and daring to put it out there, you know, so dare for yourself, dare to put it out there. Ask yourself those questions and allow yourself to sit in stillness and just sit in stillness for a little bit and let it come to you. And if you haven't done a free intro to meditation with me yet,

the more you're going to bring it to you. And I don't mean doing nothing, like watching Netflix and reading a book. I mean doing nothing but listening to your true self. Okay? All right. I promise you my friends, like the more time you focus on trying to create this space, and it's not easy at first, I'm not gonna lie to you,

right? We're not used to being still in creating space. And that's what I'm here for, to help you do that, to help you shut that crazy world down so you can put yourself first so you can take care of yourself and so you can step into the world of infinite possibilities.
