Welcome back to the pod, or should I say Welcome back to watching Addie to get her head out over her. Ask more pod. Maybe I should rename it. Anyhow, you guys, I wanna share with you today about some things I'm doing to change my vibration from this, just feeling hard and victimhood.
You know, I'm back here in Hawaii and I feel like step outside and I feel like I'm attacked and I'm sure you guys are. Sick of effing hearing about it. I'm sick of talking about it. I'm sick of experiencing it. I'm like, add, you create everything. So how can we change this vibration? And shout out to the KDRs my, um, coaching group on Sunday mornings, which is as much for me as it is them.
I love you guys, also known as the cool future dreamers with a K. I don't even know how this started, but that's the name of the group. And so we were all talking and Amy was, I was sharing that like how I just wanted it to, I can feel myself making it all hard, making it like I'm very resistant and it's all about me taking action, but not necessarily the right actions.
Like the actions I know I should be taking are the actions that put me in a state of peace that are. Not actions that would appear productive necessarily. I'm in a very corporate add production mode right now. Very much getting things done, things off the checklist. I have to do, do do this, I have to food prep, I have to work out, I have to do this versus the energy of the things that put me in that space of.
Time is infinite. I am a creator. I am in that creation vibe. I'm in that gratitude vibe, that vibration that makes everything feel so f and easy right now, right where you're at, regardless of the circumstance, if your skin is being attacked by whatever, or if you are injured or having surgery, or things that happen in life.
That, like how can you experience that peace and contentment we might feel in areas of our lives where it feels also easy? And this is the work right now, I've got my better microphone on. That first part might suck a little more, but that's just too bad. I wanna keep it because I feel like I in a role of what I wanted to share with you guys.
So, you know, going from that vibration of. Uh, just it being hard and feeling negative and like I'm sick of hearing myself talk about it, that kind of vibration, right? To just cashing out, like feeling so uncomfortable. I'm just reading books and watching shows versus I'm that uncomfortable. Why don't you try to sit in meditation?
Do, do your yoga practice, do these things that make you feel so good. And I tell you this last quarter, not having my hard copy planner, yes I'm aware I could have printed the P pages, but I didn't. I had some like no BS pages I was using, I had like was using my journal, I was still doing my morning pages and like kind of doing a plan in there.
What a game changer. Having my planner back just for a couple days before work, taking myself through this energy where I'm changing that energy in the morning from this frustration, from all these thoughts that come in, because it's just frequency, right? It's just. Energy. Everything is energy. So I wanna share with you guys a few things I'm doing and putting into my ear, into my world to shift this vibration for myself.
So when I'm shooting rainbows out my ass this summer, you guys are all like, what happened? And we can look back at this episode. It's also F and easy and just know what happened. So. Oh, that was what I was telling you about the kf DERs before I got distracted about having the wrong microphone on. Um, we decided that that's the thought for the week is it's also f and easy, right?
Like it's just so easy. So changing our thoughts from. This feels hard. I'm not liking whatever it is, or, you know, um, uh, one of the gals in our group is going through a big shift at work. She's, it's changed all her responsibility and instead of letting that take over and that mindset, the thought being this is just gonna be so hard and so difficult, is it's just so f and easy, right?
I create it, I make it easy. How can I make it easier for myself? So I've already started just taking action from thinking from this space. First of all, yesterday, Saturday, I totally cashed out. I just read my book, ate just. Completely had a day that I just did really nothing. And today I was like, you know, it's that self-discipline of getting up and taking action and making a plan that really has changed it's key for all of my transformation, none of it happened unintentionally.
None of it happened just because I listened to a life coach or because I learned meditation. It happened because I created the environments for myself, and I created the mindset. To have the self-motivation to get my ass up no matter what, to sit in meditation, no matter what to do these things that I know change the often game no matter what.
No matter how uncomfortable I am, how much I'm hating it. That I just show up no matter what. And we were talking about that a little bit. Like how do you just get yourself to show up? Like what does that commitment look like for you that you just know you'll get up and do it. One of the gals in our group was like, well, I know if I tell you guys I'm gonna do it.
I'm like, well, why don't you just tell us every weekend? Right. But it's like one of those things like. Do I not wanna look at the thoughts in my head, like, why am I not meditating? Why am I being so resistant to doing these things that I may no make it so effing easy? They make it feel easy and not hard because I am in a different vibration regardless of how my skin looks or how what I'm experiencing physically.
I can still feel better while I'm doing it because I'm in a, a vibration of heartfelt joy and happiness. In spite of it. So here's some things I'm doing because I really wanna shift that. I mean, I'm sick of hearing myself too, you guys. So I have, first of all, we've got our planning event next weekend. Um, and if you're coming, I can't wait to experience this with you.
I am ready for a new vision. Personally, I know I am just due for like what is in this 802 days that I have now until Millie graduates. And I get to build this runway this whole time of what's next? What's this next chapter going to look like when Millie's off to college, when I'm really, truly a complete empty nester?
What do I wanna look that to look like? What do I wanna experience in my life going forward? And how can I set myself up to the best of my capability? Right? And so getting that vision a look clear clarity is so key. So I started going back and putting. More law of attraction in my ear. And I am part of this book club from Francesca Amber.
She has a podcast called Law of Attraction, changed my life and she's this, um, I think she's like 40. She's, um, British. She has like twin ki her kids, I dunno. She just cracks me up and she's, she's like us. She likes to cuss and all that stuff. So check her out if you like the law of attraction. 'cause she really does a lot of that.
But she also has this book club that she does a podcast on and I like her voice. So one of the ways I get some of my self help in that I might not even care to read the book or take the time. I just am part of that, just kind of like I do with no biaz. I'm truly a no BS for their private member podcast.
It's so good. Like I'll listen to people get coach. I just pick up little nuggets here and there. So this quarter I'm really gonna shift into that law of attraction, vibration and energy. And I just laugh 'cause this is what my spirit guides said last time I went to see Renee and I, I remember feeling really resistant.
I was like. F you spirit guides. I want you to just tell me what the frick to do, you know? And they were like, it's all right inside. Just let it be easy. And I was like, F you. Nothing feels easy. I feel horrible. So I just have to laugh when I look back because of course here I am talking about this shift, right?
And oh, they were talking about Abraham Hicks, who of course is the, um, kind of the creation of the whole law of attraction becoming mainstream. Anyway, I think a lot of great minds have talked about it over time. Einstein, like so many people have talked about this energy, this vibration of that. Whatever you want is what it calls it to you, what brings it into your world.
So I immediately, I start seeing this quirky little guy at, uh, Abel Heart is his name. If you guys check him out on Facebook, you're gonna crack up at me so bad. But I've got addicted to his little reels. He's got this high vibration music. He's like, I'm a magnet. I'm a whatever. I can't, I don't even know what it is, but, and you gotta watch him.
His little hair bounces and I'm like, is that ai or does he just move the camera? I don't know what's going on in these videos, you guys, but it's entertaining as all get out. And I, you really feel good watching it. Like there's this vibration and he uses the. Frequencies in it. Like some of the meditations I do include that.
So anyhow, I start getting this guy in my feed and I put the Francesca Amherst, it's the book Cub Book, Cub Bitches I'm in. I start listening to that and she's doing a manifestation book right now. And then I was, um, listening to myself, 'cause I have a podcast series on here called The Five Step. To manifesting anything you want, but also weight loss, right?
And talking about, um, the five steps to do that where you clear it and make space. And today I started to clean out my closet. I'm putting away all the skinny clothes that don't fit me anymore. I'm actually putting 'em in a suitcase because as fast as I put this weight on. The weight can come off again and I could be right back in 'em.
They are, I don't get up in my head about this stuff, like a lot of people, like I was listening to Corinne and no BS and uh, I guess people get a lot of shame looking at clothes. They don't fit in or it doesn't make 'em feel good. It's less of my problem than being able to just look in my closet and be able to grab, put something on and just be able to go.
And I need the hangers. So I have this suitcase that the zipper's sort of broken. I'm just gonna put like stuff and like winter stuff I don't wear here. I'm putting that in there, get my closet clear to just help myself feel better in my clothes, my wardrobe. Make space for some maybe new cool stuff, that kind of thing.
I am also doing my room. I've got on top of the credenza. I've just got a bunch of books stacked. I'm getting bookshelves for there. I've already got my little yoga corner going, but this is gonna be a huge thing I'm doing this week, you guys at night. Before I go to bed, my commitment is to get that yoga area set up.
And I did this in the rig. If you've been following along a while, you might be, remember this. Um, because my space was so small, I literally had to convert my spaces all the time. You know, my main living room area was my workspace, my yoga space, my meditation space, my artist space. It was everything. So I've gotten really good at this and in this corner, my room, like I can't.
I don't wanna leave my yoga mat out all the time because then I'm walking over, I get stuff on it. But before I go to bed at night, having that mat set up, having my meditation pillow ready, my little altar set to go, my cards, my planner, everything right there. So in the morning, uh, it just feels so good to have this experience in.
Out of my bed meditating and in a space that is dedicated to that dedication to myself and where I'm in true awareness of connecting with my higher self. So this is something I'm going to work on this quarter. I'm gonna develop it out more as we do the event next weekend, but I'm starting to set it up now as I'm cleaning and getting organized for my week.
I've also. Made, um, food prep wise, just trying to make it easy and I've been bitching all over social media everywhere about how hard it is here and that we just don't have the quick food options that are healthy here. It's, I, I know everyone thinks, oh, it would be healthier food here, but I just think it's.
So expensive. We import everything here and it's just really expensive. And so I think for people to make businesses that are just salad businesses or protein box businesses just hasn't taken off here. Um, there are some places, I think on the island where it's more prevalent, but nowhere near me. And I, I, I decided, I'm like, you know what?
Okay. Monday after work, I'm gonna make a trip into Whole Foods and, um, stock up on some food prep for the n the couple of days at a time. And then maybe go later in in the week again and do that as well and maybe treat myself to dinner while I'm there on my food prep days. So that I just, you know, this is taking stuff from back in the beginning of my journey, you know, when I was like just so much going on.
Being corporate, Addie be ano layer, slayer being mom, being all of those things. And just how can I make this easy for myself because I sure as heck don't feel like food prepping today. Now when Millie is here, she has gotten so good at packing her lunches, food prepping, we food prep together. I love that we have so much fun.
She puts her little, my, our swim goggles on and chops the onions for us and you know, then it's an event. Then I'm enjoying it and it's. Something that we do together and it helps her stay on track with eating better at school and me on track with eating better at work and having some options. So I'm gonna chop up some apples, get that stuff ready, just looking at like, how can this just be so easy?
How can it be so easy, effortless, and give me more time back in my day to get in that vibration and stop making the bullshit excuses that. I just don't feel good, right? Like get up and take action. At least go sit in meditation, stand on your vibration plate, do what you can. Even if it's five minutes, just take that small little action.
And as I was heading up to my mountain last week when I was in Arizona, remembering that girl, that 300 some pound girl that had just gotten in this ball of misery and. Getting out the door and just being like, just five minutes. Add, just five minutes add and um, you know, I can stand anything for five minutes.
My skin prickling. 'cause I'm itching, like whatever it might be, I can do for five minutes. You know? So I'm really trying to shift that energy. So hopefully next week's podcast will come back and I'll be like. Oh my God. Lighting it up. Well, next week of course, I will for sure be like that because I'm gonna be coming off the event.
I will try to maybe record right after so I can download. Everything I got out of our 90 day planning next week, so I've got eight more of these 90 day plans of these events that I've led for over five years now that the one time I didn't, I didn't move the needle in my life like at all, and I was like, what an f In difference.
You guys know what a difference it makes to show up and do something for five hours where you're thinking about nothing but what you want, what you wanna create. Like, so I guarantee you so many people, I ask the question, do you know what you really want? We, there's no clear vision, and that's the biggest thing when we're manifesting, like how clear are you?
Do you know what you want, what you desire? You hear successful people all the time when they get interviewed and they just have like these one track minds. They knew what they always wanted, right? It just didn't happen upon them. There's that hard work, there's that dedication that goes in, but they're also in that vi, they just.
Have known that they wanted to do that thing. It's like when I start said I wanted to like take off and do that an adventure, right? What, what would it look like if I adventured out and I just start stepping forward into becoming RV life fatty, right? It was just like one little action. I had this vision and so in the book club bitches that we're listening to this book, oh, I'll tell you guys what book we're listening to.
It's just another, they're all so similar, right? Like they're, uh. As far as law of attraction books go, it's, they'll have, like, a lot of 'em will have different, um, different steps to manifesting. But it's all really the same stuff. But honestly, can you, you can't hear the stuff enough, right? Because it's such a good reminder.
This one's called Limitless. And so we're, they're talking about, uh, vision right now and how important she was saying because she's manifested all kinds of stuff in her life, how she thinks, like that's the number one important thing is the visioning. And we were talking about that in the Kf Deer's group this morning about.
How powerful visioning it is, like being able to see yourself in that future pla place, even see your day, you guys, and part of what I put in the Mefi guide is there's intention pathways along like the side of the timeline of the, about like your day, the intention of the day. Because that in itself is a visualization of what do you want that day to look like?
What do you wanna create in a day? What kind of vision, if you're not thinking ahead. What you want out of that conversation, out of, you know, dinner with your husband, out of a phone call with your daughter, out of a meeting with your boss. If you're not thinking ahead, Hey, what do I want out of this experience?
We're just letting it happen to us, and then often we're surprised at the outcome. If you take a little portion of your day, even a few minutes, and think like do a little mind movie of your day ahead and what you want to experience, you might just surprise yourself at how frigging awesome your days can be.
And then before you go to bed at night, you look. Back through your day, and you go back and you say, think of all the things you did through your day. And then you think of the three things that you really loved about your day, and you're kind of cementing that in, and then you're letting your day go and then you're off to sleep and you're allowing all these great things to manifest while you're sleeping and you're opening up and then you get up and do it over again.
And that's how we keep creating. We keep manifesting in this energy. This positive vibration, it's really easy to get caught up in the negative shit, right in the, my skin doesn't feel good. I've gotta sit in traffic all day. I've gotta, you guys heard me complaining off, right? But I also want you to know I'm experiencing that part of feeling uncomfortable too.
And here's the part where I'm saying. Enough's enough, add enough, victimhood enough of whatever, let's take actions toward the other way. And then I keep failing, and then I keep getting back up over and over again until I get the results I want. And then when I get there and I'm feeling so frigging good, I'm shooting rainbows, then it's like, oh, the I have another issue I'm dealing with because that's our life here.
That is what we signed up as souls to do is have challenges because that's how we learn. It's how we grow. So we need to accept it, create a goal, create a pathway forward, a vision, a however you wanna go about it, but in a way that we're moving forward, that we're learning and we're growing because what else are we doing here?
If not that, you know? And let it be about you. There's enough shit going on in the world, you guys, if we just all focus on ourselves. It's amazing what we can do in the world, and that doesn't mean we're not helping other people along the way. I find the more I focus on myself, the more I'm helping others.
It's funny how that works. So let yourself be selfish if you wanna call it that. Whatever it is, me first, the shit out of it. Come to the event next weekend if you can. If you can't take some time and do this for yourself. If you're coming to the event, I'm pre-homework. Pre-game homework for everyone is to have a hundred dreams done.
All you do with this is take out a piece of pen and paper. If you got the planner, it's on, I think page eight now. And you just write out a hundred things you want and you don't let yourself censor it. You guys, you don't let that brain say, oh, you can't afford that. We're, you know, whatever. You, you all of a sudden you're like, I want a yacht.
Throw a yacht on there. It's really hard to get to a hundred. So you really gotta dream big and give yourself like 20 minutes, 30 minutes max, and just keep saying what else, what else, what else? You'll be surprised how hard it is to get to a hundred your first time, but give that a shot and get a vision going.

Just kind of gives you a little path into one, but again, make sure you're letting yourself go, um, like releasing any judgment and a restriction, that type of thing. Alright, witches and bitches.
