βI have been going nonstop today and I. As I promised, I'm showing up here to the mic, to this podcast. I love so much and all of you, thanks for being on this ride. That is my crazy life and I'm sure yours is too. So I would love, love, love to hear about yours.
Hopefully you can join me this weekend, this Saturday at 9:00 AM Pacific Time. We will be doing our 90 day planning event. And again, if you have not been to one, get your little happy ass there. You will be. So grateful you did. I mean, when's the last time you took a few hours to think, dream and plan for yourself and have it all guided by yours truly.
So you don't even have to think. You just show up and it all flows out of you. It's really, really awesome. So that's going on next week on. This weekend I got up, I went to the pool today, and then I did some practice coaching with someone from my, um, coaching class. I'm in for Lumia coaching, going to get my certification through this ICF training and all of this, just kind of like honing my craft, if you will.
And it was good. We had a great session and um, I always kind of can struggle getting coached sometimes 'cause I feel like I self-coach myself so much. But it's so great what other people see from the outside in, always. Right. And I really. Determined I need to get back to my yoga mat more and more. And whether it be at home, I struggle because yoga's outside here.
And as you know, if you've been following along, I've just been having so many allergies and all this kind of crap going on that I've been avoiding. Anything outdoors, which sucks when you live in Hawaii, by the way. But it is what it is right now. So I'm like, you know, I'm really gonna get my room together and get like the yoga mat set up so that I can use it and feel good and peaceful while I'm using it.
Right now. I've kind of made a cluttered mess in here with all my good intentions of making this little spiritual corner. I got too many pillows. It's just not working. So sometimes when things aren't working, you gotta shake 'em up, mix 'em up, and start all over again. Right? I think last week I talked, I was talking about visioning and how I started going to coaching school and how that all came about through thinking I wanted to just pursue another career, another job, and being like, you know what?
I'm just gonna go all in on. Helping people in the best way I know how, which is through all of this, through all future self dreaming, Bel starting to really believe in what's possible for ourselves. I think that is such a big shift that can happen for us along the way. Like asking yourself those questions like, Hey, if you had all the money in the world, if anything was possible, if you knew you couldn't fail, what would you be doing?
What would it look like? Do you dare to even let yourself dream and go there? And I saw myself kind of stopping that for myself. And so I'm diving back into this visioning doing, um, this book with Francesca Amber's group right now, the book Club Bitches. 'cause you gotta love that. Um, and really. Digging back into visualization and learning more and more.
And this week we learned about four different types of visualization. And one, I don't remember 'em all offhand, but one was outcome visualization and one was creative visualization. I'm like, I didn't even realize there were all these different types. I just like to think I visualize. Right. And by the way, they do say like 3% of the people, if you've struggled the vision.
Don't really see a, um, have trouble seeing pictures in their minds. So she said on our thing, she said, if you can close your eyes and picture an elephant on a ball, you don't have this problem. I thought, oh, I'm gonna share that with you guys. 'cause I always meet so many of you that say you have like, you can't.
Picture things in your mind, but it really is a skill and it's something for us to practice. And I'm working on this with my skin right now, and this is more called creative visualization, like closing my eyes after I meditate in the morning and I've been doing this fu kind of future self positive.
Vibration, um, po um, guided meditation I found on YouTube. It's just a Dr. Joe one. And then I do that, and then I'm taking a few minutes to just visualize and see my beautiful, healthy skin, my beautiful, healthy body. I just feel so good in doing all of these things. And then I get up, do my magic pages, do my plan, and start moving myself forward.
Even when my skin feels like utter crap, right? And so far this process has been going great. Like just kind of getting a more, even a little more positive stuff on top of my meditation be before I step into. Doing my plan and doing all of that stuff. However, I did not make it all the way through the week.
I think I hit like Thursday, Friday, and I just, I overslept. I was like running late, like finally getting out there. And then the other days I was very close to being late. And I, um, I didn't get to post in the group like I like to do, but I actually got it done and then I was kind of running out the door and I did some food prep in the morning.
I'm just figuring shit out, you know, and this morning while I was at the pool, I listened to, um, no BS weight loss program, um, that I'm a part of. She has a private member podcast and I was listening to that as I was walking the pool and she was coaching this girl that. Um, said she was comfort eating and what it turned out to be after Corinne coached the shit out of her was that it was just, uh, pizza was easy for her.
She was tired. She didn't wanna come home and cook it, just like she was making these plans that weren't happening because she wasn't able to take care of herself in the same breath. And I thought, you know, this is like, I have so much guilt over. How much I've been ordering out, how much I've been Uber eating all of this stuff instead of having my food prep ready.
And also because I struggle to eat healthy on those apps sometimes, but I can make healthier choices on 'em. And I thought, what would it look like if I just released the guilt around the financial investment in ordering healthy food delivered to me if I just let go of the guilt of it, the thought of it, if I just budgeted it.
And plan for it instead of waiting until I go off the rails with it. What if it, what if it's that? What if that's my. Addie circa 2025 thing that like makes a little shift toward me really moving to the other side of this. Like back in 2017 when I was losing that a hundred pounds and I was corporate Addie and also starting to build this brand, build NAMA Slayer build me first I was doing all of the things, felt like I had no time.
That's when I first started getting groceries delivered. And then I would also go to Whole Foods a lot and buy their prepped food. Like just go and buy everything prepped for me. So I was doing very minimal prep. I also, at that time, was eating a lot of things that I have since tested allergic for and like finding food right now has been a bit of a challenge.
So here's what I think I'm gonna do you guys, and I'm. Getting excited for this, and I'm going to lay the path out for the next 90 days at this event I am having this weekend. So having all this mold toxicity came back, I shared this on last week's PO podcast. I have like molds, I have chemicals, I have all kinds of shit in my body.
We all probably do, but mine's really bad. Okay. And it's manifesting itself on my face. Nobody wants to walk around with mold face. Okay, just call me mold face. Hi, I'm Addie Mold Face Beal. How you doing? Nice to meet you. It's literally what I feel like. It's like a just big walking billboard to have these conversations with everybody, which maybe is a good thing, you know, maybe we need to be having more of these conversations about the toxins in the world.
So anyhow, you guys, I have all of my vitamins and stuff show up Monday. I also saw that she put hormones on there, but they weren't in my subscription, my prescription subscription, whatever. So I gotta figure out how to make that happen. But um, I need to start layering them in. So I asked chat GPT to help me with that.
Are you guys like using ai like your Mastery Bitches? I am like so tempted to take one of these courses through, um. Not masterclass through Mindvalley about ai because I don't, I use it a lot, but I don't even think I'm nearing maximizing their potential. So I put in there, Hey, here's all my medications.
Can you tell me what the heck they are, what they do, and what order I should start layering these in at? And so it told me everything, right? One is like to. There's a lot of different stuff with the gut and mold, and basically what we're trying to do is move some of this mold and get it to bind with like, kind of like we would use activated charcoal if you guys have used that, or a lot of the biohackers we, we will talk about that a lot, right?
Activated charcoal where it binds it and takes it outta your gut. It's a great hack for drinkers, right? If you're drinking at night. Or whenever taking a couple of activated charcoal after to help move that alcohol, those toxins outta your body. So there's some of that coming. There's stuff to shake it up and then it's just a matter of taking it, seeing how I feel and layering it in.
And um, you know, some of it can be pretty heavy duty so you can, it can get worse before it gets better because it's going to be accelerating, it exiting my body, if you will. So I've got all of that going on, right. So I'm excited to get started on that, but I thought, you know, to really be successful at this, I'm going to want to get my diet dialed in around it as well, so I'm not putting molds and toxins in my body.
Oh my God, you guys don't even Google it. There's mold in like, frigging everything. You don't properly store, um, grains, like improperly stored cereal, spaghetti rice, like, oh my gosh. It's just like everywhere. So once you start looking, you're like, oh boy, what can I eat now? So I really wanna dial in and get more of like, um.
Just kind of like an elimination type diet where I'm just eating, just like get myself a list of food and, hey, you're just eating this. You can eat as much as you want of it, whatever, but it's just this. And to do that, I need to get on the other side of this celiac gluten test I'm gonna have. Wow. This whole podcast is about my medical shit.
Sorry guys. It'll get more interesting soon, I'm sure. Oh God, I hope so. I'm so over myself. I'm just like, you guys ever just feel so frustrated with something and Yeah. You know, I'm moving forward, I'm taking action. I'm not just letting it happen to me. I'm also trying to vision and manifest in. Another outcome, but then I get in the house of the outcome that's keeping it where it is, and I'm like, oh, frick.
Right? You just wanna like throw your hands up and be like, whatever, whatever, man. So let's change the topic. Let's do something else. So, um, yeah, work's going. Okay. Thanks for asking you guys. I appreciate that. Um, I am doing with my managers, we're gonna do the book finish, um, because one of 'em is a major perfectionist, so like she won't even.
Start something because she's already failed it ahead of time. In her mind I'm like, oh my God, you need this book. And then I know my other manager likes to read, so I just got everyone the books and we're gonna do this book together. And I'm like, oh my God, that's so fun. Like how can I make my job even more fun doing things like that?
So I'm looking for opportunities. Within my own environment. And you know, if you're feeling like me, if you're feeling a little in the rut or maybe you're retired even, and it's like you're, I'm living the same day over and over or whatever. What, what are little things you can tweak to make it like fun right where you're at, right?
Like, um, kind of like a little book club at work, you know? So I'm excited for that. Millie is still in Arizona with her sister, and I'm missing her desperately. I'm especially missing her because I missed my workout buddy to get my ass to the pool at night. And I was just doing this practice coaching and the coach was like, well, what if you made it non-negotiable?
And I'm, I'm like, I tried that last week. And I'm like, but did you really add, did you really try to make it non-negotiable where I show up there no matter what and I didn't, I'm already giving myself an out of it because like I get to the end of the day and I just feel. So uncomfortable in my own skin.
I just wanna run home and put a towel on my face and lay down and I'm like. But if I just got in the pool for even like 10, 15 minutes, how good that would feel. And I know when Millie's here, we'll ride home together sometimes, depending on if it's a day I pick her up and then we can just go hop in the pool, do it together.
And I even bought myself all this stuff to bribe myself to get there, right? I got a new kickboard, I got a new suit, new goggles, like everything I might need. New earbuds, like, I mean, I'm like add, what else do you possibly need to make yourself just go and do this? So I'm gonna work on that a little bit this week.
I think, um, when I'm in a flare up. I, um, I do give myself a little bit of grace because there is a lot of shit out by that pool. There's like plumer tree, like everything I'm allergic to. So my gosh. Like, listen to me like you're supposed to focus on what you do want, not what you don't want. And I even hear it coming outta my own mouth, like the fear of going to.
Do things because of what reaction I'm gonna have. Of course, I'm getting that reaction. I'm already bringing the reaction to me before I even get there. Come on, Slayer, you know better than this. Geez. Oh, but you guys, hopefully I'm coming out the other side of this crap. I'll tell you, it's gonna be a, a path on this.
Detox, that's for sure. I don't know, have you guys had to detox from something before? I remember when Ounce in our group, she was going through like some parasite detox and some other detox and it was a lot, you know, she's like taking all these pills and, but felt so good on the other side of it and that's is for sure what I'm looking forward to.
So that's all I got going on this week, you guys. It's been eventful. I'm sure next week I will have even more for you because I'm gonna be coming out of that 90 day planning session and I usually get pretty jazzed up because I get that whole plan down and a written and I start making steps forward. So I'm gonna go back today and look back over my last 90 day plan and see.
What actions I took. I'm always like so pleasantly surprised about how much I actually did when I feel like I didn't do jack shit. Do you guys do this? Like make plans and then go back and review 'em. And even if I wasn't, like, I didn't use my planner half as much as I usually use my planner this quarter, but I still made progress.
I'm still moving forward and while it feels like some other things have slipped back a little bit, like my focus on food. I feel like I'm stepping forward in so many other ways, and I'm getting to a space where I'm gonna be able to eat in a way that's gonna work for me now, and my body and my health and oh my God, if it's just not an ongoing thing and I cannot wait to get these frigging hormones, you guys, so she prescribed me.
Um. I think some vaginal insert one. I'm like, I hadn't heard of that before, but it's something, and it's supposed to also help potentially with gut health, so I'm curious about that. I have questions for her on that, but I think there's a testosterone or progesterone and, uh, estrogen and so one's like a cream one is a.
Vaginal insert. Like what? I don't know. Like, the only time I've ever had to do that was when I had like, um, what is it when you get the itch? I don't know, the UTIs or whatever. Is that what that is? I don't know. You know what I'm talking about When you get the, when you get the, um, gie itch, you know? Um, but so I got that.
And then I think there's a supplemental one too. So a lot of things going on and you know, this is just this stage in life, man. Shit happens and we gotta figure it out, and it's up to us to get out there and ask questions and seek our own health before. Something happens, right? Like, how can I like take these little signs my body's given me and take step forward and face it and get, get this crap out of my body before it does anything worse, you know?
So I'm gonna keep you guys posted on this whole detox and all of that if you haven't gotten tested. I mean, I had to go to my naturopath. It's kind of like I go to the doctor and they don't even know what the heck you're talking about. I know Dr. Mindy Pell's on her site. I think she had a test You do too.
Like you can just do from home. But it is. Like a lot and it can be confusing. I think it is helpful to have someone do it with you and really analyze and give you advice on what might work and what might not work. You know? Um, I do think I still wanna do a ome because their, their gut bacteria tested and give me like, recommended foods for my microbiome.
And I think that's one of the most powerful things OME does, is it directly targets your body. Because we're all missing different things and that just makes so much sense to me. You can't just like blanket give everyone the same food if all of our, our little cells in there are jacked up in different ways.
That doesn't make sense, does it? So yeah, I definitely get, need to get a volume too. So. Alright, witches and bitches. Until next week and I sure hope I see you next Saturday. Come out and play. I'll put the link in the show notes today. It'll be up for. This week, and then please message me or email me at slayer at NAMA Slayer if you want your link to your free planner and the Zoom link quick.
If not, I'll be getting those out probably Friday. I'll, I'll keep trying to check in, but I don't have it automated, so just reach out to me if you sign up and you need your links and all that Addie Beal on Facebook, or you can email me slayer@namaslayer.com. And yeah, I know it's not as professional as I usually am.
Usually I got all these links set up. It automatically takes care of everything. Not this. We're just going with easy. You guys, easy peasy. I hope you show up and dream big with me. Let's create ourselves. Gonna be so guys.
