I’m getting real about my own weight gain (yep, I’m back up over 280 lbs) and how this round feels completely different—because this time I’m not drowning in shame. Instead, I’m calling it my Love Fat. The fat that carried me through stress, growth, and life changes. The fat that reminded me that shame only lives where empathy is absent (thank you, Brené Brown) and thank YOU for the empathy. I know you get it.
