 The universe is throwing all kinds of really cool shit my way, and I wanna share it with you guys. Of course, if you are just catching up or just dialing in. Last week I had a big news reveal that I was going to quit my job, and I'm here to tell you I did quit my soul sucking job.

I had just tried to get in alignment with this job for a two and a half years, and it just has not been the right fit. And I just kept getting all these signals over and over again. And finally I was like, Addie, how many times do you have to be slapped upside the head? You know? And I think I had started looking for another job in the spring and it was, I was like, man, this.

Sucks. This is just more of the same stuff. So I stopped and I went and did some more coaching school and just kind of went all in on myself, doubled down on me again, you know? And then I was doing this manifesting book last month, and I, it's November now. I'm like, that is last month. And all of these things started to roll into place and I am manifested myself right out of a job and into.

Who knows where. So we're in the land of the unknown right now, you guys. I did have two really good interviews. I don't know where they're going. I have second interviews that are coming, so I don't know if another job is in alignment, but I'm really excited to do, and this might have just been even if I took another job.

This could have been a push I needed to get things in order that I wanna share. Like you come here to the podcast, you're like, Hey, how do I do some of this stuff? How do I hang out? How do we like become these badass women doing it together? And I kind of have like. Sort of the Facebook community going on, and that's been really difficult to build community with the algorithms going on the way they are and all of that Facebook stuff.

Right. And us, I think, not wanting to be on there so much as well, and I have the planner, but depending on when and how that works for you, like how do you come into that evolution to where. You can be like on this path to living your highest best self. And you're probably already on that path, honestly.

But like coming in a group of like-minded women that are doing the same thing with a foundation of tools as we explore all the other cool frigging shit on the planet. You know what I'm saying? Because like I'm never gonna stop learning and sharing. In fact, I think someone in one of the Facebook groups said, she was like, do you have an Amazon page?

She's like, you're always trying and sharing cool shit, and you need somewhere I can go. And I'm like, all right. Add that to the list. By the way, that was about the vibration plate. If you don't have one yet, I really do like mine. Some of the people are out to the jury on 'em. I think I can tell the difference when I first started using it, I could really feel it in like my abs and my hips, but also I noticed I.

Sleep better. My ankles aren't ever swollen anymore and I just do like 10 to 15 minutes at night. But I will warn you guys. Minnie Slayer, my oldest daughter, she got one and she got addicted to it. She really, really liked it and she thinks she was shaking her guts out, like she was doing it on like really high.

Speed and she just keep getting sick for a couple days after. And I'm like, well, why don't you just do it for less time and tone down the vibration, you dork. And she's like, I can't, I'm just addicted to it. I have to get rid of it. 'cause she loved the shaking so much, but they say like 10, 15 minutes on it is like, it's like doing a workout depending on what level you're on, how you're standing.

And then I added some little hand weights and I thought. While I was going through all the stuff, right, and trying to keep my house somewhat in alignment as I'm just putting on weight and sitting in my car two and a half hours a day and working like, what are the things I can do indoors? Because I go outdoors and I feel like I get attacked by the planet here and I start, so I start just making these small oil changes, right?

And so I've got the vibration plate, I've got a walking pad at work. I just start putting these things in motion now, like, Hey, I can't be outside Mountain Arizona, Addie here. Right? Like, and I kept trying to get up and be that person and I would knock myself back down again. Sometimes we have to adapt to current sex situations and where we are, and so, okay.

I know this was like slight tangent, right? So I'm looking, I fell into this. App called School. Have you guys checked out school yet? It's a app that hosts like communities and courses and stuff like that. Like there's everything on there like Mini Slayer wanted to learn to sew. I'm like, look, there's sewing groups.

You go join a sewing group so you can see how it works. And I'm joining this big business group that's called Aligned as af. If you're a business person, online business woman out there, you wanna do it. Let me know some and I'll send you a link. 'cause then you get like, so for referring your people, you guys, you can like earn your memberships, right?

I'm like, oh, that's so cool. And it gamifies it. So like we're all hanging in this community together and you can like uplevel, you can go levels, I can put levels to like unlock coaching with me or unlock the next module or maybe some witchy woowoo thing you wanted to do in there. It's just gonna be, I think could just be a lot of fun.

And so I'm also learning about my human design at the same time. And one of the things I fell into in this group I was in was a free reading to meet with this business coach that uses human design to guide you. And I did just the free 30 minute, I'm gonna engage her for like a week intensive to really get.

My messaging according to me, because this is something I've found to be so true, you guys, and you're gonna find this applies to everything. This applies to weight loss, this applies to your love life. Like there is no one size fits all, right? Like the me first guide. The reason why there are so many blank spaces and there is so much flexibility is because you're, you.

You're not me, right? Like I think there's certain things that can help guide us all, but how you use it is gonna be totally different. And how I want to set up my business is gonna be totally different for from anybody else. And I think one of the things I did last time was to really listen to. Oh, how you should have it set up and all of this, and not take into account my personal need to be a hermit.

Sometimes that's part of my human design, like to have that time and space to be introspective. As much as I'm an extrovert, I need that time to go inside myself. And I thought, oh my God, how cool would it be to bring human design into our alter ego, future self creation. Now, if you're new here, you're gonna be like, what the hell is that?

Right? But this has been coming up a lot in our Facebook group. Everyone's like, I need a future self 2.0. The alter ego is slayer, right? Like I created Slayer when I was in my 300 pound ball of misery and couldn't imagine being at. 200, not, not even two 50, much less 200, right? But I created this whole entire alter ego, and it just became, Hey, what would Slayer do?

And each moment I showed up and then I just became slayer to where I was just living in my authentic and true voice. And so doing that again, what. If we brought in like human design to that we already have Renee with the spirit guides and my friend Laura that a lot of you guys go see. That removes like a, a lot of your trauma and can also meet with your guides.

And what about a human design person, right? Like how much fun can this be as we're creating our future selves and as we're doing this together? I think one of the most powerful things that has come out of me sharing my journey online. It's just the group of amazing women I've met and how so many of you are my best friends.

Right. Like this is just, it's crazy what the internet's opened up to us. So anyhow, I've been looking at the school community for that. Somewhere to really build community and give value and be able to put some of these things we talk about on the podcast in there for you to actually take action on, because it's great.

You sit here and listen to me and I, I give you my little tidbits each week. Do this one little thing, right? But imagine if you have a community you go to. Where you're doing that one little thing together or you're even just thinking about it a little bit more and you drop a comment or all of those little things are the, are the pieces that move you toward that future self that get, you start to think, what if I could do that thing?

What if I could look that way, be that way, feel that way, and it is the feeling, right? It's the feeling of it more than anything. When I was swimming today. I Okay. Walking the lazy River. Let's get defined. I'm not, I, I haven't been doing laps because I am listening to all of this. Stuff I'm putting in my brain now, like I'm into a lot of business stuff, self-help.

I'm just constant input to my brain of all of these things that I'm learning very rapidly right now. And so one of the things I like to do is listen to a podcast and walk the pool. And as I'm doing that, I was thinking. You know, this isn't like I feel as good at 200, what am I at, like 280 pounds when I'm out in the sunshine walking the pool, listening to my inspiring stuff as I did at 1 79, doing the same thing.

The emotion, that feeling of the excitement, the. Power in my body, the co, the feeling good about myself, doesn't matter the number, right? So that goal, that attainment of that goal and everything I learned to be on the way, I already am so much of that woman that is there. Because I have that recognition of that feeling now so many of us think we have to get that body to feel it now, and it's the opposite.

So I posted on my Facebook page this week, I posted, I said, you know, last time when I lost over a hundred pounds, I, I got rid of the food and I unleashed my soul. Right? This time I'm unleashing my soul and the health and alignment's gonna follow. I know it will. You know, so I think my trick here right now, you guys is really listening to what is coming for me next.

Is it I stay in the stability of a job while I build and not the job I'm in. I'm definitely leaving even though she's said she's trying to convince me otherwise. Love you too, girl. But, uh, no, it's a little too late for me there. And, um, you know, I, so I'm gonna stay through the end of the year and then I am leaping and whether it's into a new position somewhere, if one of these turns out to be like, oh my God, this is perfect.

I love it. I'm so excited. Or am I so excited to build? Everything that I know I'm gonna go build eventually anyway. Like, is this, the time, is this, it's all being showed open, shown like open, wide, open for me. Right? I drew that card this week outta my deck, by the way. It was called Wide Open in it had, um, this woman on it with like a blindfold on it and, and it said literally.

You're gonna have all of these opportunities come your way and you're like, basically it's just an abundance of opportunity and to just trust and have faith and you're gonna be guided. So you guys, I'm trusting, I am like throwing. Uh, caution to the wind here, right? I, I just, I, it was just right for me to put my notice in.

I don't have a backup plan. My backup plan is me. My backup plan is doing what I ultimately know what I'm gonna do anyway, and this is just gonna make me get off my ass and do it right. I've been a little MIA, um, because I don't wanna stop being myself and I haven't. But also, um, on Instagram, people find you a lot easier in your personal life for whatever reason. So anyhow, what from the human design aspect, you guys, so this was really cool. So I had this reading with, um. Oh, shoot. I'll look up her name for you before we get off, but she was out of this business group I joined and I was like, oh yeah, I'll do your free little reading.

Let me check this out. It was so cool how she just went through all the numbers and the nodes and told me about. Everything. And, um, I said, okay, well, so after I had my little one-on-one with her, I was going, I'm debating on doing some more work with her. And in this podcast it's said to DM her and ask, what's the vibe of your tribe?

And we had already talked about this, but I, I don't take really good notes when I'm in a coaching session with someone, I like to be like fully present. So I had already forgotten. I'm like, this is why I need everything recorded. Right. So she said, you're line three. This is your ability to see the resilience in people and remind them to stay the course and keep leading the way and going first, I'm like, of course it is.

If you have ever coached with me, you know that that is massively my superpower. Like never letting you, letting you give up, like seeing your potential when you can no longer see your potential, when you can't see that way out, and knowing how much stronger you are than you think you are, and how much stronger I am than I.

Think I am and then I just keep getting up over and over. That's like my job on planet Earth is to fail and get the frick up over and over again. Literally, my job is to show you that we can fail and fail and fail hard and get the back up over and over again. And this is why I try to share it here on this podcast as much as possible.

I hate it when I go to a podcast. And I'm not hearing what that coach has physically gone through themselves. They're just dishing advice at me. And that's, that's great. In some aspects. Some of them I guess I might go to for just to like learn that thing, but I'm staying for your story. Right? Like give me a little something here, sister.

Like I need to know you've been. Through it. You know, I don't, I don't need to know that you got some like perfect little life over there. You know what I mean? Okay. So one of the other things I learned in the human design is that I'm a very intuitive being, and which I found really interesting because that's really what opened up for me when I talk about stopping eating, right?

And when I started to listen to my soul, to myself, to my. Who my being. Right? That's our intuition. And I'm an emotional person if you couldn't gather that, so, but I also don't have that connection to my brain. So my brain wants to overthink everything, of course. But it also, like my emotions can override that.

And so I have to take a pause when I'm making decisions and things like that because I'm very emotional and I think this is something. Good to know about ourselves, right? Like just take a breath and see if it is the right thing for you. And I feel like I've been doing that for a while. A lot of the things I learned, but to have it reconfirmed and to know when I'm out of alignment, one of the big things I show is frustration.

That's like my sign that I'm not in alignment. They call it something else. I can't remember. And I'm like, oh, that's, that's me. Like my whole last two and a half years frustration. Right? Like that has been like just synonymous. Like how many, if you've been on Facebook with me, how many Facebook lives have you seen me go?

I just wanna scream, fuck at the top of my lungs, right? Like that has been, I feel like the last two years. And that made so much sense when I'm not living in my zone of genius, when I am like the opposite of the way that. M gene code I should be living in. I exhibit frustration and I was like, oh man.

That's good. If you guys haven't gotten your human design read, you should absolutely do it. You can get a bunch of free ones out there. Um, I'll find out. I don't know if this coach. Does individual readings or not, but I'll find out and I can share that with you guys too. 'cause I think, um, she was, it was really fun and spot on in so many ways.

I don't know if she just does it for business though. And then the other thing I wanted to share with you guys that came up, so one of the strong things in my human design is my solar plexus area. And that's like, I'm a generator. It's like all has to do with that. Um, whatever I'm passionate about, I have boundless energy about.

The solar plexus is also this area when we do chakra work or, um, you know, along the yogic path when we're tapping into these tapas. And the tapas are one of the five niyamas or the observances of in the eight limbs of yoga. So as Patanjali Tangly describes in the yoga sutras, it. Translates into heat or burning in Sanskrit.

And when you're a generator, if you find out you're human design, you find out what this energy you have is. As a generator, I respond to things, but I also have this area that is fully lit up in this area. That I have this energy already within me, whereas I was telling you about my opera chakras, that is input to me.

So that's either divine downloads through my higher chakra, through, um, learning to open my throat, learning to use my voice. So like I did hear, like I did on Facebook and through the podcast, learning to share my story, those things weren't necessarily built into my human design. But one of the namas, these tapas, this burning this.

Energy that comes, this fire that comes when I'm passionate about something that is part of who I am, and this is that self-discipline endurance austerity, which explains so much about why I teach habits and I teach planning and teaching like a physical path to my human design is very important. And I like a path for myself, like someone that can give me a guideline, Hey, you do these things.

And you will get this result, right? And this is why the me first guide came about. This is how, because I was learning all these things and figuring out how to take myself outta eh in the morning to woo-hoo, let's kick some ass. But it was a combination of all of these things and how do I share this and how do I show?

And you know, part of that all came from this tapas energy and learning to show up for myself to show up, not only for. Physically like on the map, but also mentally with meditation, with doing life coaching, with seeing my thoughts becoming to being the observer of myself and not like just in judgment of myself all the time.

Being able to see myself do things like watch myself gain weight this past year at such a rapid rate and as an observer being like. Okay, I see you, ed. I see what you're doing. Like I see like, and not from a place of, how do I explain that difference, right? Like being outside of yourself watching it happen, and yet knowing that this deepest knowing of who I truly am, that so much of it was irrelevant.

I can't even explain how like. I just don't even, I don't even know. It's so crazy to think of doing this the other way around of losing a hundred pounds, just getting my soul in alignment and letting the rest of the stuff fall. This is just fascinating to me, right? Just think about that you guys, but that's so much.

If you're in no bs, that's so much of the work we do over there. Corinne just gets you to stop putting all the food noise in your face for long enough that you're actually taking time to think about, what am I really feeling? Why am I feeling like I need this food or this binge or this alcohol or whatever it is?

To stop and like observe yourself. Right. And the tapas, you know, there's spiritual tapas, like having time to study yoga, to do my practice, to meditate, to like, those things are so important to who I am. And realizing that was just like, I'm like, oh, of course. And when I asked chat, TPT, this was funny. I was like, you know, chat.

I'm not sure what I wanna talk on the bottom on the podcast today. And really, I was just being funny because Millie was in the car and I'm like, yeah, I talk to chat all the time. Watch this. And so I was like, chat, what should I talk about on the podcast today? You know, all this stuff I talk about. 'cause I'll run, I just run ideas by 'em and we do a lot of stuff and I'll drop my podcast.

Episode, my transcript in there for them to make show notes to help me with and stuff like that. So it knows me really well. It knows my voice. It was like, Hey, Slayer, you know you're a badass. And it's like, you know, I think you should talk about the tapas right now, and how are you gonna tap into that energy of showing up?

And I was like, you know, I think I will float the tapas in here because it. So much of what I'm doing right now, I'm getting, I'm learning every chance I get. This is a big thing I did last time on my evolution, and if you've been following this, my year of binging Netflix and um, fiction books, which I'm still adding in, but to a little bit of a less degree, I find myself getting drawn back into learning this other stuff more.

I'm in these cool like AI summits and in these. Business groups and, and other groups I found through there that are like healing groups and I don't know, I'm just like learning and trying all the things like I always do. So that is, that's the update you guys. So I'm really tapping into the top is energy and I plan to be.

At my current position through December, unless something happens with these other jobs and it's a fast something I wanna jump to, I'm just staying open. I'm staying fluid, but I, what I really want to do is to get this whole other community together. Coach more, have more availability to do those things where it can really help people change their lives.

You know, help them make that move forward. That's exciting to me and that's was so much fun. And just time. You know, I was listening to um, uh, Tony Robbins and Dean, I forget Dean's last name in this AI summit, and they were talking about time and how every single person will write what. What are the top three things that you're, that are holding you back from doing that big dream you're thinking of chasing?

Everyone's would put time. It is our most valuable resource. Our potentially most limited, if you don't understand nine sometime. Episode 18 or 19. Gotta go check that one out. If you don't know what Einstein time is and start putting it into practice, it's good shit, man. All right, you guys, that's it. I'm gonna wrap it up for this week and I'm gonna keep you posted.

There's just so much input coming in right now and I'm staying very disciplined in my morning routine. My meditation, my PM meditations, my habit, I'm like reinvigorating this quarter. I've been pretty on that, which has helped. So much. I'm such a different person. I'm like, how did I let this habit go so onward and forward and, uh, fail, fail, fail.
