Happy Friday!!
We got a little spicy tonight - it's been a long day. But we're talking about how aging and the memory is a lot like experiencing a TBI - a traumatic brain injury - or concussion. And trust me, because I've had at least four. You remember something one minute, and the next it's gone.
This week I had a brilliant idea for a blog post. convinced myself I didn't need to write it down because it was so awesome, then proceeded to forget what it was. It's been days and it still hasn't returned to me. Oh well.
