The realization is that you are aging, whether you like it or not. There is no going back in time to what you may consider better days in your health. But instead of mourning those days, let’s write a new story for ourselves and for our bodies. 

Let’s get over the fact that aging happens, but be happy and grateful that we’re still here, and move on in our best health possible.

Get that body moving and do the things that will slow down that physically aging process. Love your body - it's the only one you've got.
