Katy Padilla is the Founder and Creative Director of Scarlet Rose - an event planning, design, and production company based in San Antonio, Texas and serving multiple Texas markets. After three years of successfully running another event planning company, Katy launched Scarlet Rose in the Spring of 2020, and has seen tremendous growth ever since. With the support of a fantastic team of planners and designers, Scarlet Rose does upwards of 100+ events each year, which has allowed Katy to step into the CEO role of her business and also act as an Associate Coach for Wedding Pro CEO, under Brandee Gaar.

MK Your Dream Day began when founder and CEO, Mary Kate Morrissey, was asked to be an extra set of hands at her co-worker's wedding in 2019. Known for her passion, precision, and unwavering dedication to service, she leads her team with a commitment to both creativity and operational excellence.

In February 2024, Melissa and her husband expanded their entrepreneurial footprint with the acquisition of a boutique bartending company. Under their leadership, the business has already seen significant growth—achieving a 53% increase in profits within the first year and a half—while elevating the guest experience through elevated cocktail design, curated service, and white-glove hospitality.

Paige is the founder of The Legal Paige, a virtual legal educational platform working with small businesses. She is a certified Juris Doctor and holds a double B.A. in Economics and Political Science. After working as a federal law clerk, Paige traded in the traditional law life for a virtual one and opened the doors to The Legal Paige in 2018. She helps her clients and online community run legal and protected businesses through her contract shop, podcast, YouTube channel, and blog. Her mission is to create an online space where the law isn’t so scary and entrepreneurs can get legally legit in no time. Law aside, Paige is a Montana mom who loves hiking, lake time, and a good game of Catan.

Paige Held is the Vice President of Sales and Operations at Confetti & Co Events, an innovative event planning company co-run with her wife, Rachel. With a background in elementary education, Paige initially pursued a career teaching first grade, a role that sharpened her skills in communication and leadership. However, after 1.5 years in education, she sought a career that aligned more closely with her aspirations, leading her to the finance sector.

A Cornell Hotel School graduate with over a decade of hospitality industry experience, I bring a unique perspective as both a former planner and current Strategic Partnerships Manager at Engine, where I lead our wedding and events vertical. Having been on both sides of the planning process, I'm passionate about streamlining one of wedding planning's most time-consuming challenges, allowing planners and couples to focus on what truly matters. My background gives me deep insight into the pain points of event planning, and I'm privileged to help eliminate those tedious tasks that can overwhelm even the most organized couples.
