Warrior Strength Training
The Warrior Strength Training Podcast is dedicated to helping parents, coaches, and youth athletes navigate the world of training, performance, and long-term athlete development the right way.
This podcast goes beyond drills and workouts. We talk about what truly matters for youth athletes:
✔️ Proper strength training (and why it’s safer than most parents think)
✔️ Mobility, flexibility, and muscle imbalances that lead to injury if ignored
✔️ Speed, agility, and power development for sport-specific performance
✔️ Nutrition, recovery, sleep, and nervous system regulation
✔️ Mental toughness, confidence, and emotional resilience in young athletes
Parents will learn what to watch out for, what questions to ask, and how to avoid common mistakes like early specialization, overtraining, and chasing social-media workouts that look good but don’t serve the athlete.
Our mission is simple:
Build strong, resilient, confident athletes who can perform today and stay healthy for the long haul.
If you’re a parent who wants to protect your athlete’s future, a coach who wants better outcomes, or an athlete who wants to train with purpose—this podcast is for you.
Train smart. Build the warrior. Protect the future.

THE STUFF THAT ACTUALLY MOVES THE NEEDLE FOR ATHLETES
Parents and athletes spend thousands every year chasing performance.
New bats.
New shoes.
New gloves.
Private lessons.
Travel teams.
More games.
More tournaments.
And while some of those things have value…
They’re usually NOT the things separating elite athletes from average athletes.
The athletes creating long-term success focus on the fundamentals first.
Inside this episode we break down what actually matters:
🏃 Mobility and imbalances
Movement quality matters. Restrictions, poor mobility, instability, and muscle imbalances can limit speed, power, efficiency, and increase injury risk. If the foundation is broken, performance gets capped.
💧 Hydration and sleep
Most athletes are under-recovered. Sleep impacts recovery, reaction time, performance output, learning, and adaptation. Hydration affects energy, endurance, focus, and overall athletic performance.
🧠 Mindset and goal setting
Talent matters. Mindset matters more over time. Athletes who learn consistency, discipline, ownership, and intentional goal setting separate themselves.
🏋️ Fundamental movement patterns and progression
Can an athlete squat correctly? Hinge? Rotate? Decelerate? Stabilize? Produce force? Absorb force? Progress training appropriately over time?
The basics aren’t flashy.
But the basics build elite athletes.
In this episode we dive deep into the Warrior Strength system and why our approach focuses on building complete athletes — not just athletes who play more games.
Because performance isn’t random.
Train intentionally.
Train intelligently.
Train like a Warrior.
