Feeling fear is completely normal but the people who no longer think about food all day, can simply leave food on their plate once they’re full and feel the most confident in their own skin… don’t let fear hold them back.

🎉They commit to doing things differently, even if it feels scary.

You can keep letting fear hold you back and therefore keep thinking about food all day, trying to will power your way to not grab the pint of ice cream🍦 OR you can lean into the fear, get the proper support you need and enjoying a small bowl of icecream will simply be enough without finishing the whole pint💁‍♀️
