Bio:
Dr Jimmy Henry trained and served in medicine for nearly 20 years, as a fellowship-trained physical medicine doctor. He then transitioned to become a board certified naturopathic doctor, certified holistic health practitioner, and master certified professional coach. He enjoys employing his experience and expertise as a health and wellness coach, life and executive coach, speaker, and author.

He began his personal wellness journey in 2016 after his dear cousin lost her battle with breast cancer at only 34 years of age without any known risk factors. He felt helpless as a physician that he was unable to do anything to save her life.

Despite lifestyle changes, he struggled with his weight and fatigue due to the
stresses of patient care and managing his practice. While he was considered
successful externally, he felt quite unfulfilled internally. He is passionate about
helping fellow physicians and professionals resolve their stress and weight
problems to improve their health and wellness.
