I’m Dawn Wiggins, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and EMDR specialist. I draw on decades of experience to help women navigate the emotional rollercoaster after ending a marriage. Using a little bit of science, a few alternative remedies and emotional release techniques, a whole lot of love, and zero BS, we step out of the victim mindset and into building a new life after divorce.

so what we're going to do is in a minute I'm going to ask everybody to focus on an issue, and I don't want don't think about your whole divorce, for example. Think of maybe you know how you feel about your ex, maybe, or your guilt about your kids, or you know quite a specific issue, something that feels triggering at the moment. As I talk through these commands, people might feel some physical sensations in their bodies. They might find that big emotion comes up. It'll be passing its way through, so don't worry too much, but you might find yourself prying you, you might feel anger, all of these sort of things. You might find that memories come in, because what we'll be doing is we'll be releasing these at their very roots. So you'll probably find that the things that are triggering you in your divorce process, if you're suddenly feeling very lonely or very rejected, they're very likely things that stem back to your childhood, those old imprints, and so you might find that, as this goes through, you're taken back to a memory from where you felt quite rejected as a child and that will be all of the negative charge from that event being released. You might find that you feel sleepy or you might find that your brain goes very clear. Okay. So if everybody wants to just close their eyes and close their eyes just because, then you can really be in touch with what's happening in your body and feel into all that comes up around this issue for you, and just bring an issue to mind and allow yourself to feel that as strongly as you can and as you feel into that, just notice what emotions are coming up and notice what thoughts coming up around it and notice too where you feel all of that in your body, maybe in your chest or your stomach. Just notice where, where it feels tight or tense or hot. I just mentally give that response a number out of 10, with 10 being it couldn't be any bigger, and we'll check in a little bit and see where things are Okay.
Speaker 1:So, superconscious, please treat the structure of all dissociation processes and we just allow a little bit of time between each command for the processing to work its way through. Superconscious, please tag and treat all memories causing disorganization. Superconscious, treat the decision making processes and all associated parts and beliefs and then do a massive change, history and everything else needed. Superconsciously, please treat the structure of any associated traumas after that. So, if you're conscious, please tag and treat all fear and resistance. And Superconscious, please treat all programs that create unnecessary challenges.
Speaker 1:Okay so, just keeping your eyes closed for a moment, just check in again on that original issue, see how things are now, see if you still feel the emotion in the same way or in the same place. I'm just going to take a little minute for that to integrate a little, and then I'm going to do another few commands and then we'll check in and see how everybody is there. So just notice the moment, what number you might give that out 10. For how big that response feels to you. For how big that response feels to you. And then let's go again.
Speaker 1:Superconscious, please treat the structure of all conflicts, judgments, resentments and blame. Superconscious, please treat the heart center and repeat this procedure until there are no barriers to experiencing peace around this issue. Subconscious, please listen a structure of associations procedure on guilt and treat all parts in the correct order. Superconscious, please treat all memories associated with holding on and resisting and then do a sentence procedure on I am grateful and at peace and then do a massive change, history and everything after that. Okay, so when you feel ready, just check in on all that comes up when you think of that original issue. Just see what number you would give that out of 10 now.
