Speaker 1:

So many of you have shared with us that sometimes cycle-breaking and healing feels overwhelming or out of reach, and that sometimes you feel afraid that it's too late for you. Hi love, welcome to Dear Divorce Diary, the podcast helping divorcees go beyond talk therapy to process your grief, find the healing you crave and build back your confidence. I'm your host, dawn Wiggins, a therapist, coach, integrative healer and divorcee. Join me for a fresh approach to healing grief and building your confidence after divorce. After divorce, today's episode isn't something for you to learn or something for you to do. It's something for you to receive. Every now and then, we do an episode where it's just like be here now and receive this love and let your vibration rise. And that's what today's episode is A guided meditation for the fear that it's too late for you. No-transcript laundry, folding groceries, whatever it is.

Speaker 1:

Take a breath, not a perfect breath, just one that's yours. Let your shoulders drop, unclench your jaw, soften your forehead and your belly. Take another slow breath in and exhale the heavy question you've been carrying Is it too late for me to have what I crave, what I desire, what I long for? Let's begin with some honest reflection. You've been through heartache, disappointment, through heartache, disappointment, maybe even a sense of failure, and you've probably asked yourself more than once what if this is just how life is for me now? What if healing just isn't possible for someone like me? But here is what I want you to remember the pain feels loud, but it is not final. The problem feels big, but the solution is always bigger. Solution is always bigger Even if you haven't found it yet, even if it feels out of reach. There is always a way forward just around the corner. Sometimes healing doesn't look like immediate transformation. Sometimes it just looks like staying soft in the face of old pain. Sometimes it looks like whispering. I still believe there's more for me. I still believe there's more for me. I still believe there's more for me. Breathe into that. Inhale possibility, love and exhale pressure. Let go of the timeline that says you should be further along. There is no clock counting down your worth. There is no deadline on your peace.

Speaker 1:

The solution is not lost. It's unfolding, and every small choice you make to show up, even now, even here, is part of that unfolding. If the old wounds could talk, they might say this is just who you are now. But your soul, the part of you that never stops believing, says there is more for me, there is alignment for me. I just haven't met it all yet. Repeat this quietly to yourself or in your mind's eye the solution is greater than the struggle. My alignment is on its way. Even now, it is not too late for me to grow, to shift, to begin again. For me to grow to shift, to begin again. I trust that what I need is making its way toward me One more time.

Speaker 1:

Take another deep breath. Picture your future self. Not a perfect woman, but a woman who walks with peace in her bones. She didn't rush or pressure herself into healing and alignment. She followed the tiny little clues. She let the solution find her. One day, one breath, one brave yes at a time. That version of you is not a fantasy. She is a future memory and she is closer than you think. So, as you return to your day, carry this truth with you. It is not too late. There is always a way through and the solution, your solution, is already bigger than your problem. You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to keep saying yes to the next small step. You are not behind love, you are becoming. I love you so much Peace.
