At 17 years old, Justin has already done what most people spend their entire lives avoiding — choosing discomfort on purpose.

After years of isolation, video games, fast food, and zero direction, he decided to change his life one inconvenient decision at a time: walking miles to the gym, fixing his sleep schedule, removing fast food, training jiu-jitsu, and eventually running ultramarathons — including a brutal 50-mile race that took nearly 17 hours to complete.

In this episode we talk about:
• How discipline is trained, not inherited
• Why small changes beat extreme motivation
• The mental shift that turns suffering into purpose
• What ultramarathons teach you about life
• Why chasing comfort keeps people stuck
• Long-term vs short-term thinking
• Becoming uncommon in a comfortable world

This isn’t a fitness episode — it’s about identity, responsibility, and keeping the commitments you make to yourself.
