Shine On Mama

I'm a storyteller. I love telling stories and I've got a lot of really great ones. I've been really focused on personal development the past 3 years, and I'm interested in using my passion for storytelling, personal development and being a mother to invite moms - who don't find mothering to be the most exciting part of their lives - on a journey with me to discover how mothering in itself is a great catalyst for personal growth. When we explore the messages we share with our kids, we can often see how they could also be turned inward to enhance our own personal journey! That's what the Shine On Mama podcast is all about. It's not really a learn from me show - it's more like a learn WITH me show.
