I am a survivor of suicide. I am a survivor of child abuse. I am a Navy veteran and a retired first responder. I am an alcoholic. I have no good memories of my childhood and yet I am sharing my tale of woe in order to end the stigma surrounding PTSD, depression, and other mental health disorders. 

This journey is long, hard, harrowing, and necessary. Join me please as I speak the truth of my past, my present, and my optimism of my future.
