#17 - Special guest, Dr. Jeff Duncan-Andrade, Professor of Latina/Latino Studies and Race and Resistance Studies at San Francisco State University, joins Dr. Terrance L. Green (he/him) on the podcast. Terrance and Jeff discuss the promises and possibilities of community responsive education, its relation to culturally responsive teaching and culturally relevant pedagogy. We also talk about some of the lessons that he's learned from the Roses In Concrete School that he helped co-found, and we discuss what educators can learn from Tupac.
