This is a 10 years younger episode, so the 10 years younger program is a Jolie program to help you age backwards, to help you over time. And I would say give yourself anywhere from six to 12 months depending on where you're starting from to be 10 years younger, both inside and outside. And today we are going to talk about 10 health rules. Women who age backwards, live by, and these are 10 health rules that I live by, and they also work for men, by the way. But 10 health rules for women who age backwards, live by first up is eat vegetables. All women who want to look their best want to look younger than they are. They eat vegetables. Why do you say vegetables? Why not protein? Why not fat? Why vegetables?

Vegetables, because they have the antioxidants, the polyphenols, all of the flavonoids that help your cells literally reverse age. They give you the molecules that are necessary to promote epigenetics, that skew your body toward healthy cell reproduction, healthy cell replication, healthy cell repair, and help suppress disease. This means that your vegetables are not only keeping your body composition where it needs to be, but your vegetables are also helping your skin to glow, helping your skin to stay more elastic, helping your skin to stay more vibrant, helping your eyesight to hold itself instead of regressing, helping your immunity so that you have more energy, helping you sleep, helping your body to make the proper neurotransmitters, eating vegetables. Key rule, rule number one for women who want to age backwards. Rule number two is drink your water. One of the things that ages you super quickly is dehydration.

Dehydration is a huge killer to your skin and killer to your glow. There are so many functions in your body that require H2O. The function of your body works way more smoothly, not correct. It works more smoothly When you are well hydrated, your digestive system works better, your skin has fewer wrinkles, fewer fine lines. Everything works better when you're hydrated. If you want to see a huge difference in what hydrated you looks like versus dehydrated, you do a three day juice cleanse, a three day juice cleanse, you'll be surprised. You will wake up in the morning, absolutely fresh faced, absolutely beautiful glowing skin on day four. Why? Because you have deeply, deeply hydrated yourself. So they drink water and why water versus coffee versus tea? They drink those things too. But water is the primary drink because water, you get all eight ounces. So when you're drinking coffee, coffee is a little bit of a diuretic, as is tea.

You get three fourths of that. Imagine the other fourth goes into the diuretic effect. They drink water. They don't overdrink empty calories and diet sodas, you don't have the chemicals and non diet soda, you have the empty calories. They don't over drink alcohol. They drink water. So women who want to age backwards, drink water and lots of it, they have their water bottle with them. They put their electrolytes. My favorites are the element electrolytes. I love to put a ton of lemon because of it's amazing immune boosting and age reversing effects. Drink water. Rule number three, move every day. If you don't move, you lose it.
