Take Time To Breathe
Today's episode is all about taking time to breathe. I want you to take a moment, pause with whatever you are doing, if you can safely of course, pause.
Exhale what you have in your lungs. Take a four, count breath in, here you go breathe in. And hold it, helps if I count. Exhale for four, one, two, three, four, hold for four, two, three, four, now breathe in again for four and through your nose.
