Katherine Quayhagen is a C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, Wellness Director, and Yoga Nidra Instructor. After spending four years teaching hatha and perinatal yoga as a 500 Hour RYT in studios and underserved community spaces around New Orleans, Katherine was given the opportunity to construct a yoga-centric wellness department with Longbranch Healthcare, a dual diagnosis and holistic treatment organization. She now oversees a team of Wellness practitioners that provide yoga therapy and other healing modalities to over 100+ patients on a daily basis.
