Sun & Moon Sober Living is inspired by her own battle with addiction, which amounted to years of inner turmoil, shame and secrecy. She’s been sober since April 27, 2013, and considers it to be the best decision she’s ever made. Paige Tornow began her career in corporate sustainability, helping some of the world's largest companies to use their businesses as a force for good. Even though she was in her dream role, she struggled to feel fulfilled amidst the pressure to perform, and realized she was burnt out. She went on a years-long journey to understand & heal her own burnout, eventually becoming a Burnout Coach, dedicated to helping ambitious women discover sustainable success. Through her unique framework of the "7 Burnout Types," she supports women in identifying and addressing the root causes of their burnout through group and one-on-one coaching. Since 2019, Paige has called Boulder home, where she hosts a monthly Women's Circle aimed at providing a safe space for authentic, vulnerable conversations. She is an amateur bird-watcher, enjoys long walks accompanied by a good podcast, and loves spending hours reading and working in Boulder’s cozy coffee shops.
