Mapping Threats & Mitigating Risk: Advice on Building Organisational Resilience from a Former Detective & Soldier. Interview with Paul Henriksen.

Paul Henriksen has more than 20 years work experience from the Norwegian Armed Forces and the police, both in Norway and abroad, as military police NCO, police constable and head of investigations section.
He has a Bachelor in Police Studies from the Norwegian Police University College, with further education within general and digital investigation, readiness management, crisis management, pedagogy and organization and management.
Since 2017, he has been the COO of Einang Safety Consult, a consultant company that specializes in fire safety, HSE, readiness and leadership – both through courses within those fields and through consultant services.
The company specializes in making risk, consequence and vulnerability analyses for private and public businesses, including for fire departments and municipalities. An important part of the company's mission is to ensure the safety of businesses through focus on risk management and continuous improvement of processes related to fire safety, HSE, readiness and leadership.
In this episode, Paul and I explore the questions and issues around the following:
