16. Start yoga in September
September has that back-to-school, new-term, lovely-fresh start feeling about it. And because of that, it's often a time where people start a gym membership or a new routine, or maybe start to think about their roles and values and intentions in life. Obviously, we at Yoga Hero think yoga is one of THE best things that you can do for your mind, body and soul.
