I just finished listening to the your podcast with Melissa Rohlfs, and I really enjoyed it! It was such a meaningful and important conversation. What really stood out to me was the discussion around diet culture—how every month or year there’s some new trend promising quick fixes, but in reality, these often do more harm than good. Instead of promoting true health, they can actually lead to serious problems, especially among younger people who are now facing more diseases related to malnutrition. I also loved the reminder that we’re not all built the same way. Just like our fingerprints, our bodies are unique and that means how we digest and absorb food is different, too. It was so refreshing to hear Melissa talk about the importance of proper nutrition over restrictive dieting, and how damaging it can be when young people feel pressured to look a certain way just to keep up with these trends. Thank you for shedding light on this topic and having these kinds of conversations. Please keep up the amazing work you’re making a real impact

Dear Pearl, I was listening to the episode by Lauren Hale, and I really enjoyed it. What really stood out to me was when she mentioned that being alone and cutting off friends who are not only unhelpful but even harmful to your life can actually be a powerful and positive step. I think it’s so important—especially for women—to surround themselves with people who truly encourage them and celebrate their success. Being around people who poison your journey with the wrong advice or attitude is simply not what we need in life. Having good friends is one of the amazing gifts in life, and your work constantly reminds me of that. I always enjoy listening to your episodes and learning from them. Please continue your journeyyou’re inspiring so many of us, and we love listening to you.

Dear Pearl, I just finished listening to your interview with Dr. Smith, and I truly enjoyed the powerful message she shared with us. It was incredibly moving to hear her story and to see someone who came from poverty, homelessness, abandonment, and even living on the streets pull herself up to become someone so strong, resilient, and inspiring. It really shows what the mind and the heart are capable of when you fully commit to what you want in life. This episode was beautiful, meaningful, and deeply motivating. Thank you for sharing such an impactful conversation

Hi Pearl, I just finished listening to the episode with Dr. Lahana Vigliano. It was very informative. What I really liked about this episode was that she wasn’t pushing any supplements. Right now, there’s a trend where people think they need 10 or 12 different supplements without really knowing whether their bodies actually need them. Eventually, taking unnecessary supplements can affect your kidneys and other organs because your body may not need those artificial additions. I appreciated her suggestion that most nutrients can come from food, which is more natural. That part really stood out to me. Supplement companies are making a lot of money by promoting the idea that everyone needs extra pills, even though many of the nutrients we need are already found in the food we eat. I think her point was absolutely right. Thank you

Hi, Pearl! 💛 I just finished listening to your podcast interview with Liat Yakir and I loved it! One thing that really stood out to me and I think it’s so important, especially for our younger generation is the message about finding confidence and love within yourself first, before seeking it from a partner. So many people today, especially with digital dating, are looking outward for happiness and validation without really knowing or loving who they are. That often leads to frustration, constant arguments, or even divorce. Your conversation was such a powerful reminder that when you truly know and love yourself, you’re in a much better place to be a loving, balanced partner. Thank you for sharing such meaningful insight.
