I just finished listening to the your podcast with Melissa Rohlfs, and I really enjoyed it! It was such a meaningful and important conversation. What really stood out to me was the discussion around diet culture—how every month or year there’s some new trend promising quick fixes, but in reality, these often do more harm than good. Instead of promoting true health, they can actually lead to serious problems, especially among younger people who are now facing more diseases related to malnutrition. I also loved the reminder that we’re not all built the same way. Just like our fingerprints, our bodies are unique and that means how we digest and absorb food is different, too. It was so refreshing to hear Melissa talk about the importance of proper nutrition over restrictive dieting, and how damaging it can be when young people feel pressured to look a certain way just to keep up with these trends. Thank you for shedding light on this topic and having these kinds of conversations. Please keep up the amazing work you’re making a real impact
