Hi Pearl, I just finished listening to the episode with Dr. Lahana Vigliano. It was very informative. What I really liked about this episode was that she wasn’t pushing any supplements. Right now, there’s a trend where people think they need 10 or 12 different supplements without really knowing whether their bodies actually need them. Eventually, taking unnecessary supplements can affect your kidneys and other organs because your body may not need those artificial additions. I appreciated her suggestion that most nutrients can come from food, which is more natural. That part really stood out to me. Supplement companies are making a lot of money by promoting the idea that everyone needs extra pills, even though many of the nutrients we need are already found in the food we eat. I think her point was absolutely right. Thank you
