I used to struggle with addiction. I abused substances in order to escape reality and numb myself. I was full negativity and hit rock bottom. All this was happening because I lacked self love. Once I started loving myself, I started making positive choices and improved myself, my whole life. I went sober, which I prefer to call my self love journey instead of sober journey, and I started healing. I am here to share my story and help you with your self love journey💜
