Once I started loving myself, I started making positive choices and improved myself, my whole life. you cannot avoid hate. sadly, there is going to be negative people that hate on others because they hate themselves. if you really want to help the situation then start loving yourself. it all starts with you. if you start loving yourself then you will be full of love, not hate. you will no longer hate yourself, nor hate others. we have to help ourselves first before trying to help others. its all about how you react to hate, and remember that no response is a response. you deal with hate by not dealing with it at all or by transforming it into something positive.
