I used to struggle with addiction. I abused substances in order to escape reality and numb myself. I was full negativity and hit rock bottom. All this was happening because I lacked self love. Once I started loving myself, I started making positive choices and improved myself, my whole life. I went sober, which I prefer to call my self love journey instead of sober journey, and I started healing. I am here to share my story and help you with your self love journey💜

it is time to see people for who they really are and not what you wish them to be. stop with the negative cycle of false illusions, excuses, and endless forgiveness based on unrealistic expectations. there is no point in thinking and holding on to hope for someone to change when deep down you feel that they will never change. facing the reality of who someone truly is will help you with self awareness. understanding and accepting people for you they are will lead you to healthier relationships and personal growth.
