I wanna share with you about a client of mine who used to spend half a day trying to write one blog post after setting them up with their voice in ChatGPT, and using the [00:02:00] method I'm about to show you. They now create a full post in less than 15 minutes, and the best part, they now actually enjoy it.

 So last week we talked about how to generate blog ideas, which ChatGPT. So now that you've got your list, it's time to start writing them quickly. And effectively, if you've never used ChatGPT to help you write before, brace yourself, because you're going to be surprised. And if you've tried it and felt like the content just didn't sound like you or represent your brand, that's what today is all about.

Making sure the post reflects you, your voice and your brand. Now before we dive in, let's talk about the most [00:03:00] important part, Pre Baking The Oven. That's how I refer to it. This is the key to getting blog posts that actually sound like you, not like generic AI content that we've all seen. It means teaching ChatGPT, who you are, who you serve, and how you speak.

Alright, let's get started. Step number one, you're gonna wanna open a new chat window and you're going to want to load your pre-baked dock. Now if you have not downloaded that template yet, I can give you another example. You can say something [00:04:00] like, you are my writing assistant, I help blank audience with blank topic. My voice is blank tone. I want to write a blog post on blank topic using a friendly, helpful tone.

Now the reason I want to talk to you about the Pre Bake The Oven doc is because you have it documented down all the information that will help ChatGPT no more about you and your business. That way the context ensures everything that follows will sound more accurate. And more like you. So now in step two, I wanna talk about, you wanna use a prompt to structure your post, and I'm gonna give you an example.

Write a blog post for [00:05:00] blank audience titled blank. Make it 500 to 700 words. Include an intro, two to three core sections with headings and a call to action at the end. Now those details gives ChatGPT a clear structure so it stays focused and efficient, really important. Now, step three, edit with specific direction.

Once you have a draft, this is where the magic happens. You wanna read through it and you wanna highlight sections or sentences. That don't fit your style or your beliefs. That's really important. If you don't like a phrase or a paragraph or a section, ask ChatGPT to rewrite it. You want it to go deeper on a certain section or a certain point that you're trying to [00:06:00] make.

Tell ChatGPT, that information if you want something just completely removed. Tell it not to mention that specific information, that conversation between you and ChatGPT is really important. That's where the magic happens. It is a learning model, and it's a learning based on the feedback and the information you share with it.

So another example, if it says, the best time to groom your dog is in the morning. But you believe it's better in the evening when the dog is relaxed. You need to tell ChatGPT, that information. I'm not sure. That just kind of came to me as if you are in the dog grooming business. My point is take the time to read through it.

It will rewrite the section [00:07:00] to match your actual advice. And again, this back and forth editing process is how you shape the posts to sound more like you.

So now you've got a complete blog post written in minutes, and it sounds like you, it's a win. Now, next week.
