[00:00:00] Let me ask you a question. When's the last time your website had a fresh blog post? Or better yet, when's the last time you wrote one that didn't feel like pulling teeth? Blog posts are one of the most powerful ways to boost your visibility on Google, build trust with potential clients and create content that you can repurpose all over social media.

But the truth is most small business owners either don't have time or don't know what to say. That's exactly one of the reasons I love using and sharing about ai, and today I'm going to show you exactly how I use ChatGPT to write a blog post that actually sounds like you not a robot. I'm talking about [00:01:00] tone, details, and content that connects by the end of this, you'll see how to go from idea to full blog post in minutes

using AI and you'll understand why a little setup makes the entire process faster, better, and way more you.

Welcome to AI Simplified the podcast for entrepreneurs, creators, and small business owners who want practical stress-free ways to use AI in their content and marketing. I'm Kristina Stubblefield, digital marketing strategist and creator of the Pre-Baked the Oven Method. Let's simplify AI so you can create faster, show up consistently, and feel confident in your content.

Last week you saw me use the Quick Start Guide to pre-bake the oven [00:02:00] and create custom ingredients for our fictional business Radiant Roots hair Studio. This guide is a simple fill in the blank worksheet that helps you give ChatGPT the key details.

So important about your business, who you are, what you do, your voice, your offers, and who your audience is. It's the foundation that makes everything else work better. Before you ask ChatGPT to do anything this step. What sets you up for success? It's what helps your content sound like you and actually resonate with your clients.

And if you haven't downloaded the guide yet, you can grab it for free at aisimplifiednow.com/pre-bake-the-oven. So today we're building on that. I'm [00:03:00] going to show you how to go from blog idea to full blog post using radical roots and the exact prompts I use myself. Okay, I don't know about you, but I'm ready to hop right in.

And just a reminder, blogs can work hard for your business. When they're done right, they give you fresh content to post. Help your SEO and show people what you know

without having to sell hard. And the best part, once you've pre-baked to the oven, writing blog posts with ChatGPT becomes so much easier. Okay, let's open up a new chat and get started. And if you're just listening on the podcast, you might want to hop over to YouTube and search for AI simplified. This is one of those episodes where seeing the screen can make all the difference. [00:04:00] Okay. As you can see, here are the pre-baked ingredients that I've put together to use for this demonstration, and I'm using a fake company, Radiant Roots Hair Studio. And the first thing that we're going to do is we are going to copy these ingredients and put them into ChatGPT. So we're gonna copy and then we are going to head on over and open up ChatGPT, and I am going to tell it, let me share information with you about my business.

Now, just so you know, you can see on the screen I'm using ChatGPT five. And I am using the paid version of ChatGPT. That doesn't mean you have to, but just so you know, for demonstration purposes, this is what I'm using. And [00:05:00] remember, this process can work with other AI learning models, whether it be Google, Gemini, Claude.

There are many others, so I'm using ChatGPT to demonstrate, but I just wanna let you know it can be used to help you get your information baked in from brand tone services, ideal clients, and much more. So let's go ahead and let's enter this here. And it's going to come back and it's giving me, here's a quick recap of what you've shared with me.

Okay. So now what we wanna do is we want to ask ChatGPT to come up with some blog ideas that are aligned with Radiant Routes, services and audience. So let's go back to our Word doc. And I put these down here [00:06:00] to make it quicker. So here's our first prompt. Based on the business information, give me 10 blog post ideas that would help Radiant Roots Hair studio get found on Google and connect with potential clients, focus on beauty, hair trends, and seasonal services.

So I'm gonna copy that and go back in here and let's paste that in. We're going to hit enter. And there you go. As you see, it gave us 10 SEO friendly blog post ideas. So let's look down here. Here's three. Seasonal and trend focus. Here's service centered and educational bridal and event focused lifestyle and brand.

So also what I wanna share with you is. You wanna pay attention to the information that ChatGPT shares back with you. You can find some gold nuggets in this information. Pro tip, each blog should [00:07:00] naturally link to your service booking page. Well, of course that's a great idea. Less clicks, less hoops for people to jump through.

Include local keywords, bridal hair, Louisville. The and feature before and after photos to booth, both SEO and client trust. My point here is just take the time to read it. You're gonna find some good information there. Now let's take it a step further. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to say we're going to use blog post number one.

And let's just go back to our word doc to make it easier and let's just say, give me five blog post title options for blog number one that are fun. Uh, so let's go here. I'm gonna paste this in and it's gonna go off of blog posts, number one, right?

And here you go. Here are five [00:08:00] attention grabbing, SEO friendly blog title options based off of number one.

So for this demonstration, um, let's pick out, uh, let's pick out number one. Let's just stick with number one here and. let me show you a different way that you can go about this. So let's say you wanna have input in this, in this blog post. You don't want it to just write it for you. So then let's go in and let's give it a prompt that looks like this.

Before you write the blog, ask me three questions that would help you make the post feel more personalized, unique, and aligned. With the business. So we're gonna come back and we are going to say, before you write the blog, I want [00:09:00] to go with title number one. Ask me three questions and we're gonna hit enter.

And now I'm just gonna answer these kind of as we go. Um, so number one, when your clients in Louisville ask for fall hair color. What inspires them most? Is it derby culture, bourbon tones, changing leaves, or just wanting a cozy seasonal refresh? So I'm gonna go and I'm gonna say, I'm just copying this. So here's how I answer the questions.

I do number one. This. Number two. Do you want me to include personal colorist tips? I'm gonna put yes. Number three. Again, I have no experience as a hairstylist or a salon owner. Just for the record here, I'm just answering as I go. Would you like the tone to more educated and luxurious? Fun and playful?

Let's go with the first one. Educational and [00:10:00] luxury. So there you go. There's my three answers. And then as I come down here, I can create an outline that's perfectly tailored to your audience. Now I've already put together a detailed prompt regarding that. So what I'm gonna say is, based on our conversation so far, write a detailed blog post outline for our chosen title.

Include sections that make sense for SEO and readability. Now you could choose to just say. Yes, I want an outline, but I'm just gonna show you how I'm doing this. So what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna paste this in right after this,

and here's our breakdown. So an introduction, why cinnamon and copper are falls, go to colors.

I always say this word wrong, so I'm not gonna say [00:11:00] it, but highlights an all over color pro colorist tips for long lasting radiant fall hair. Luxury color ready for your cozy seasonal refresh. Um, additional add-ons for SEO, FAQ section. So it's just there's more information to walk you along the steps than I'm showing you.

So that's why I say it's really important to kind of read through this. Now, I've popped back over here to the Word document and I'm gonna go to the last prompt. Now write a full blog post based on the outline above. Keep it friendly, trendy, and conversational. Aim for about 500 to 700 words, and I'm not saying that's where you should be at with your blog.

I'm just using those numbers, um, for this demonstration.

And there you go. Now you [00:12:00] have a blog. That you can read through, make adjustments. Again, remember I said the back and forth is really important, those conversations that you have so important. Take this, read it here in ChatGPT or copy it over to whatever you y'all like to use. Word, Google Doc, whatever it is.

Notepad, take the time to read it. If you're gonna put it out, you wanna read it, you wanna make sure the information's correct, make any changes that don't align with your business, or words that you don't like to use. Before you just go and copy and post, you don't wanna do that. There's a lot of people out there doing that, and you don't wanna do that.

Now as you pre-bake, it will cut down on your editing and as you share more information in your prompts and with ChatGPT, you won't have to edit as much, but I always encourage people take the [00:13:00] time to read over it before you put it out in regards to your business. If you haven't already downloaded the free copy of my Quick Start Guide, the Pre-Bake the Oven and go download it, it will really help you and take the time to fill it out.

Don't just let it sit. That's the important thing. Fill it out. That way you have it to, all you have to do is copy and paste. Now, if you want the prompts that I use during the demonstration, you can get those as well as other prompts. Just go over and join our free Facebook group, and you'll also be able to connect with other small business owners to see how they're using AI to show up and stand out.

So here's what we just did. We started with an idea, shaped it into a title, added some personal flare, and had ChatGPT write a full blog post, all in just a few steps when you pre-bake the oven. This process is fast, fun, and [00:14:00] actually usable. No more staring at a blank doc or struggling to sound like yourself.

And remember, you can now turn this blog post into social content reels emails and so much more. We're gonna cover more of that next week. If you wanna use the same prompts from today's video, we're sharing them in our free Facebook group at facebook.com/groups/aisimplified. Come see how others small business owners are using AI to make marketing easier.

Now here's your homework. Choose one blog idea and run it through this process. Pre-bake your oven, ask ChatGPT to brainstorm and walk it through to a full post.

And the best part, you can do all of this in one sitting next week. [00:15:00] I'll show you how to take this exact blog post and turn it into five days of social media content with ChatGPT. You do not want to miss it. If this helped you, give it a like, hit the subscribe button and share it with a business bestie who's ready to simplify their content too.
