[00:00:00] You've got a blog post, great. But now what if you're like most small business owners, that blogs end up sitting on your website with no follow up. That's a missed opportunity. What if I told you that one blog post could become five days of social content without writing everything from scratch? That's exactly what I'm going to show you today.

By the end, you'll see how to turn a single blog post into a week's worth of social content. Captions that actually sound like you and post that help you stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed. We're building on what we did last week where we use ChatGPT to write a blog post for our demo business Radiant Roots Hair Studio.

If you miss that episode. Go check it out. And if you haven't downloaded the Pre-Bake the Oven Quick [00:01:00] start guide yet, head to aisimplifiednow.com/pre-bake-the-oven because we're gonna be using this same tone of voice and brand setup we've been working from since episode one. That Quick Start guide is a simple fill in the blank tool that walks you through identifying your business ingredients, what you do.

Who you serve, your brand voice, tone, and even client pain points. It's how we train ChatGPT to know our business before we ask it to do anything. And trust me, this is one step. That you don't wanna miss because it changes everything. It's what makes your content actually sound like you not generic or robotic.

Welcome to AI Simplified the podcast for entrepreneurs, creators, and small business owners who want [00:02:00] practical stress-free ways to use AI in their content and marketing. I'm Christina Stubblefield, digital marketing strategist and creator of the Pre-Baked the Oven Method. Let's simplify AI so you can create faster, show up consistently, and feel confident in your content.

So far in this series, we've created a Google business profile post and a full blog post, both using the ingredients we put together with the pre-baked, the oven, quick start guide. And now we're going to stretch that blog post even further because content should never be one and done. So let's open a new chat with ChatGPT and use our pre-baked ingredients to turn that blog into five social posts that are aligned, engaging, and ready to go.

Okay, so I'm back on the screen with [00:03:00] our pre-baked ingredients and I'm gonna copy that over so we can get it put into ChatGPT. So I'm gonna copy that and now let's open ChatGPT. And I want to share information about my business. And we're gonna paste those in there. And next up, we are gonna go back over, uh, to the Word document because the blog post that we did in last week's video, I already have it right here in a Word document so that we can copy it right out of here to make this a little easier.

All right, so now let's copy that.

And now what I'm gonna do, let's minimize this down. Uh, let me share a blog post with you. For our business. [00:04:00] Then I will ask for your help.

I am pasting the blog post in. I'm gonna go back to the Word document and I've got a prompt already ready. Based on the blog post above, give me five social media post ideas that Radiant Roots Hair Studio, remember, that's our fake company we're using, could use to share this content across Instagram and Facebook.

Make them varied, educational, inspirational, promotional, etcetera. So let's copy this prompt. Head back over to ChatGPT. As you see ChatGPT has given us some information, uh, that we can read. As I always say, the, the conversation back and forth is so important, but also the tips and information that ChatGPT or other platforms share with you.

So let's enter this post in here.[00:05:00]

So we have five social media post ideas. So here's one that's educational. Here's one that's inspirational. Here's one that's a reel or a video tip, and it's given you the clip idea. It's given you the voiceover, the text on screen. It's not just giving you the idea, it's also giving you guidance to create this social media post.

So the next one down is local or seasonal tie-in. And the next one's a promotional post. Now, let's just say that when you did this. All you got was a list of ideas. You didn't get any captions with this, okay? Because every time someone does this, you could get a little bit different response. So what I put together [00:06:00] for you was a prompt.

Right here. Now write a one caption for each of the five social media post ideas. Keep the tone confident, trendy, and relatable. Add a light CTA when appropriate and you could adjust these prompts for your own business. This is just something to help you

in there. Now you have it with this information. Now I wanna take it just a little step further on this one. You know, number three is a reel video tip, and it's now changed it to where this is an actual post, a caption that could go along with, uh, whatever, a video that you put together. It could be a slideshow with different pictures or actual footage.

That, I call it B roll, but footage that you have going on [00:07:00] and that you could do this post.

This is a good time to remind you if there's words in here that you don't like. Maybe you don't want it to talk about pumpkin spice, for example. Take the time to say number four, please don't use pumpkin spice.

And there you go. It's given you something different. So that time to have that conversation back and forth is what's gonna produce better content. Okay, next, let's head back over to Word so we can pull the next prompt. So what I'm having this do is to help you create. A suggested 30 day content calendar using the five social media post ideas and captions, and I'm asking it to spread them out so the message feels consistent but not repetitive.

So here we go. So you can see how this works

[00:08:00] and let's paste this in.

So week one, post educational, um, Thursday for post two, inspirational quote. Week two is a reel or video tip, and then a local seasonal tie-in. So you see each week how it's given you. How you can space these out so it doesn't seem repetitive, and then it's also given you some information. Mondays and Thursdays, consistent posting days, training your audience to expect content.

Sundays optional bonus posts, great for promotional reminders, weekend engagement or behind the scenes stories. Now, again, depending on your business, this could be adjusted. These were just example prompts to show you a demonstration how quickly this can come [00:09:00] together in just a few minutes. If you were doing this without watching my demonstration, it would probably happen a lot quicker because you're not trying to watch how I'm doing it.

And what I want people's takeaway to be is you can promote your business, you can make visibility easier by using AI tools such as ChatGPT. But when you take the time upfront to share information about your business, products, services, key points, you're going to spend less time editing and less frustrated because you think it's just giving you very bland output. And that's why I really wanted to take the time to go through and demonstrate this.

I hope by now that you've downloaded a copy of the Pre-Baked the Oven Quick Start Guide, it's free. The key is you gotta take the time to fill it out and I really [00:10:00] encourage you to do that. So you have it saved and it's not something that you put off. I speak from experience on this and I really want it to be something that people use, 'cause I know how. Much more efficient it can help you be, but also effective with getting information out, accurate information about your business. Also, if you want the prompts that I used, um, we share those and more in our free Facebook group. Just head on over and join and you can also get additional tips and information and see how other business owners are using AI to show up.

So look at that. We just turned one blog post into a week's worth of social content. No blank screens, no content burnout. When you pre-bake the oven, your content becomes plug and play and the system, you can use it every single week. Want all the prompts we use today? They're inside our free Facebook group.

[00:11:00] That's where we talk about this stuff every day. And don't forget to grab your free copy of the Quick Start Guide if you haven't already. It's the key to making ChatGPT sound like you. So now for your homework, take one blog post, whether it's new or old, and use this exact process to create five social posts.

Next week, we're going to shift into customer reviews, how to get them, how to use them, and how ChatGPT can help with both. If you found this helpful, make sure to hit the like button, and if you haven't already subscribe, then if you would like to share it with a friend who maybe they're always stuck on what to post next, or they don't post because they don't know what to say.

So until next time. Keep working on your business.
