Now, a quick reminder before we get too far in, these prompts work best when you've pre baked the oven, if ChatGPT doesn't know who you are or how you speak. It takes about five minutes to complete, and I'm here to tell you it will make every prompt so much more effective. I know you're ready to get started, so let's hop right in to prompt number one.

Write a week of social captions. You heard me right, you want to stay visible online, but you don't have time to write from scratch.

Here you go. [00:03:00] Act like a social media strategist. Based on what you know about my business, write five Instagram captions that help me stay top of mind with my audience. Include one engagement post, 1 educational post, and 1 soft promotion post tip, add in. Write them in my voice. Which is friendly and conversational, not salesy.

So that's a tip that you can add in there if you wanna get even more detailed. Now, let's go on to prompt number two, 'cause I know you want 'em. We're just gonna go right on through 'em. Repurpose my last blog or email. Yes, you can actually use content you've already created.

So you can use this prompt if you don't know how to turn it into other content. So here's the prompt. [00:04:00] Take this blog post and turn it into one email newsletter, two Instagram captions, one Facebook post. Make sure to use my tone helpful, casual, and to the point now. You're going to want to paste in your blog and then hit enter to finish that whole prompt.

Now, you could do the same thing if you enter an email following me. Okay, let's keep going. Prompt number three, you can answer client questions with less time. This is one of my favorites actually. All of them are my favorites, um, because I love AI. So you get the same dms or emails over and over again.

There's no sense in constantly writing the same or similar thing over and over again. So you can use a prompt like this, [00:05:00] act like a helpful customer service rep. Write a friendly response to this client question, and then you would wanna paste in the question, keep it personal, avoid sounding robotic, and include a next step or helpful link.

So let's just say someone asks you, do you offer payment plans? You can give this prompt. Get a response you can reuse over and over again. Now, let me tell you something. I'm not a big fan of putting in my prompts. Avoid sounding robotic, but the reason I'm doing that is some people have may have not pre-baked the oven yet.

I'm telling you, that is so worth its time. It can do such a better job when it knows. As much as you are willing to share with it about your business. Then it [00:06:00] knows how you talk, it knows your brand voice and it can give better outputs. Alright, here we go. Prompt number four, writing a soft promotional post, which can sometimes be so difficult when it's for yourself.

And let's just say you need to sell, or promote something and you don't wanna feel pushy or salesy. Here we go. Here's a prompt. Write a social media post that introduces my blank, whether it be a service or a product or an offer. Okay? You're gonna wanna put that in there in a way that feels natural. Focus on who it's for, why it matters, and what problem it solves.

Make it a 100 to 150 words with a call to action to learn more. Now, I'm gonna say this again. [00:07:00] This is how important it is. .

It can do a better job and represent your business and brand so much better and sound like it's coming straight from you. If you have pre-baked the oven and it knows everything there's to know about you. If not. Take the time to put something additional in that says, make it clear, friendly, and not salesy.

But it's so much better to Pre Bake the Oven when you want it to sound like you are the one that has written the content. Alright, prompt number five. Come up with content ideas fast. 

So you're staring at a blank screen with no ideas. Who knows? You could have had a busy day. You're running behind on putting content out. We've all been there. No judgment here. So you could use a prompt like this. Give me 10 content ideas that would help. [00:08:00] Blank audience solve blank problem. You're gonna wanna put your audience in.

And the problem in focus on short form content I can use for social or email. So an example of that could be give me 10 content ideas that would help wedding professionals get more inquiries from Instagram. That's just an idea off the top of my head. Whew. I know that we've just covered a lot with prompts and if you would like to get these prompts where all you've gotta do is copy and paste or you want more like them plus.
