[00:00:00] If you are like most small business owners, you already know you should be posting on social. You should be writing blog posts and sending emails, but the truth is, it feels like a lot just figuring out what to talk about. How to say it and where to share. It can take up all your time before you've even hit publish, and I'm here to share with you, that's where AI comes in.

Welcome to AI Simplified the podcast for entrepreneurs, creators, and small business owners who want practical stress-free ways to use AI in their content and marketing. I'm Kristina Stubblefield, digital marketing strategist and creator of the Pre-Baked the Oven Method. [00:01:00] Let's simplify AI so you can create faster, show up consistently, and feel confident in your content.

Today I'm walking you through how to use prompts to take one idea and turn it into a full week of marketing content. We are talking blog, post captions, emails, all from a single starting point. We are using prompts every step of the way because when you know how to prompt the right way, you create three times faster.

That's what I'm going to show you and talk to you about today. So here's what we're gonna be covering. How to use ChatGPT to figure out what to talk about, how to write one long form piece of content faster, and how to instantly turn that into multiple social media posts, [00:02:00] emails, and more. All by using simple, intentional prompts.

And yes, of course, Pre-Baking the Oven comes first. You already knew that I was gonna say that.

And if you want prompt examples, walkthroughs, and real files that you can get to help you do all of this faster, then come join me in my free Facebook group, AI Simplified AI for Small Business Marketing. That's where I go deeper into workflows like this one and go even more step by step

Now, quick reminder, everything. I'm going to walk you through works because ChatGPT already knows who it's talking to. If you haven't pre-baked the oven yet, go grab the quick start guide first. I promise it will only take about five minutes or so of setup, but I'm here to share with you. It will save you hours [00:03:00] down the line.

So let's get started. Step one, we wanna use AI to brainstorm what to talk about. Start with audience pain points, or frequently ask questions. Then let ChatGPT, do all the heavy lifting to come up with ideas based on your specific business. Here's a prompt. Act like a content strategist. Give me 10 blog topic ideas that would help blank audience solve blank problem.

You wanna put your audience and your problem in keep these ideas specific and aligned with my services. So let me give you an example so you could see how this would come together. Give me 10 blog posts, ideas that would help wedding planners get more leads from [00:04:00] Instagram. Once you pick just one, one idea, that's your long form content focus for the entire week.

Let's move on to step two. Create a long form blog, video script, or email. Use AI to help you outline, draft, and refine that core piece of content. Why is this so important? Because it becomes the anchor for everything else. So here's a prompt example. Write a blog post based on this idea, and you're going to enter your idea.

Then you want it to say, make it sound like me. Friendly, clear, helpful, and include three main sections and a call to action at the [00:05:00] end. Now. Just because I gave an example with a blog post. This same prompt works for podcast scripts, video outlines, or long form emails, so it doesn't just have to be used with a blog post.

Now we're moving on to step three, repurpose it into multiple posts. Now that you have your long form content. You wanna use AI to splice it up,

so I would use this prompt. Take this blog post and turn it into two Instagram captions, one email newsletter, one Facebook post. Make sure to use my voice casual, confident, and to the point. Include hooks and calls to action. This is how you create once and show up in multiple places. So [00:06:00] now let's go on to step four 'cause we're not done.

Most people skip this part if they even do the other ones. Save your best prompts and reuse them every single time. This becomes your own repeatable system for your business. And that my friend, that's when it gets to going really fast and you notice a significant difference in your productivity and your efficiency.

Now, want to see how I do this every week and you wanna get the prompts that I use? Come join me in my free Facebook group, AI Simplified AI for Small Business Marketing. I share real life examples, walkthroughs, and weekly prompt drops to help you use AI like a [00:07:00] smart assistant, not just a quick fix. So let's do a quick recap.

AI doesn't just save you time. It helps you create better content by giving you structure, strategy, and momentum. Start with one idea. Turn it into the one strong piece of content. Then let prompts help you multiply it. Now, next week, I'm showing you how to use AI to respond to clients faster without sounding robotic.

Or like generic AI content. You're going to want this in your back pocket. See you then.
