[00:00:00] Do you ever feel like you're answering the same client questions over and over again? Do you offer payment plans? What's your process? How far in advance should I book you? Here's the thing, if your clients keep asking the same questions, that's not a problem. It's content. And today I'm going to show you how to use AI to turn your most asked questions into helpful brand building content.

Without sounding robotic or generic.

Welcome to AI Simplified the podcast for entrepreneurs, creators, and small business owners who want practical stress-free ways to use AI in their content and marketing. I'm Kristina Stubblefield, digital marketing strategist and creator of the Pre-Baked the Oven Method. Let's simplify AI [00:01:00] so you can create faster, show up consistently, and feel confident in your content.

In this episode, we're covering how to identify your go-to FAQs, how to use AI to turn them into social captions, blog posts or email replies, and how to make sure the responses sound like you not stiff or robotic. This is the smarter way. To save time, build trust, and finally, stop repeating yourself. And if you want the actual prompts I use to do this, just come join me in my free Facebook group, AI simplified AI for small business marketing.

We share weekly prompt packs, real examples, and even behind the scenes walkthroughs to help you simplify content creation with ai. Now, before I get too far into this. Got to set this reminder to you. AI can't answer in your [00:02:00] voice if it doesn't know who you are. So if you haven't pre-baked the oven yet, you can go grab my free quick start guide.

It gives ChatGPT, the info. It needs to sound like you, not a robot.

Alright, let's go, step one. Make a list of FAQs. Think about the last five client inquiries you answered. What did they ask? What's something people always want to know before booking you? Write them down even if they feel boring or obvious. That's content people are searching for. Step two, you wanna plug them into a prompt.

Once you've got your FAQ list, use AI to help you write responses that are clear, helpful, and on brand. I'll give you a prompt example. Act like a helpful business owner. Answer the client [00:03:00] question in a clear, friendly tone, and then you wanna paste in the FAQ the question. You can also tell it, keep it casual, but professional.

Include a next step or a CTA. So let me give you an example. If it was, do you offer payment plans? AI could turn this into a social post, a website blurb, or a templated email response so you don't have, keep doing it over and over again. Step three, repurpose it everywhere. Once AI helps you write one strong answer, don't stop there.

You could use this prompt. Turn this answer into 150 word Instagram caption, a short email newsletter, a blog intro paragraph. You wanna make sure to tell it to use your [00:04:00] voice confident, casual, and direct, and include a call to action in each. Now you've got content from multiple platforms, from one simple question that you may have thought was boring or that didn't interest anyone.

Now on to step four, make a reusable FAQ library. Here's the pro move. Save your best AI generated answers in a doc. Whatever you prefer, Word. Google Doc, or if you prefer, keep 'em in a notepad. Next time someone asks you, you're not going to rewrite, you're going to copy and paste. Or better yet, direct them to a blog highlight or a pinned post if you already have that FAQ on your website.

How many [00:05:00] people could you potentially be answering without even knowing it? And that is how you answer faster and serve more people all at once. Want to get your hands on prompts like the ones I shared today? Come join me inside my free Facebook group, AI simplified AI for small business marketing. We've got prompts, tips, and trainings to help you take action without overthinking. Remember, your FAQs aren't just things you have to answer.

They're things your clients need to know. And when you use AI intentionally, you can answer once, and repurpose that answer in a way that saves time and builds trust. Now, this wraps up our November series on AI prompts, but not to worry. We're just getting started. New training, new prompts, and a fresh batch of workflows are coming soon.

Until then, make sure to go [00:06:00] pre-bake the oven, try out these prompts, and I hope to see you inside my Facebook group.
