Part of healing after emotional abuse includes self improvement. And self improvement requires self-awareness. Boundaries can be very difficult for some people especially after emotional abuse because it brings up emotions like fear and guilt. 

In today's podcast episode, I'm going to help you understand boundaries and give you some tools and tips on how to remove that guilt and fear so you can begin setting boundaries in healthy ways for your recovery. 

If you are someone who has a difficult time saying "no" and if you are someone who feels like you allow other people to get what they want, even when it goes against what you want - because of fear or guilt, you're going to want to listen in.
