Triggers are very common after experiencing trauma from emotional and narcissistic abuse.
They come out of what seems like nowhere and can send us into a complete downward spiral of despair. Triggers create unwanted emotions in us and can cause panic attacks and lengthy emotional upset and exhaustion.

So, in today's episode, I want to help you with my absolute favorite way to heal using a four step process created by Dianah Johnson, the CEO of The Thought Work Institute.

This amazing tool has helped me an so many other people get rapid relief from their emotional suffering AND triggers.

If you have experienced trauma, emotional abuse, narcissistic abuse, or even if you have been triggered by things that send you ruminating about the past or the future...this episode can help you get to the source of the triggers and teach you how to tame them.
